Last Sunday I finished my volunteer work in the wildlife park in my hometown, where was a valuable experience for me.
In park, I did the cleaning for the animals and feed them every day. In addition to, I corrected the translation mistakes on the leaflets which give visitors basic informations about the park. I also worked as a guide tell visitors that they should pay attention to when visiting the park.
I am so happy that I did something useful but meaningful for those wonderfully creatures. I hope more and more people will join me to protect it.

It had been more than twenty years since my first day at senior high passed. I woke up early and rushed out of the door eager to get to know my new school. After arrive at my new school, I couldn’t wait to explore it. I was looking around while I suddenly ran into girl. “Sorry,” I said with butterfly in my stomach. “It doesn’t matter,” he replied. Later, I went into my classroom and find the girl into which I had run was my deskmate. What a coincidence (巧合)! That was in the beginning of our lifelong friendship.

During the summer break, I became a community volunteer to protecting the environment for one week. On the first day, I got up very earlier to kick off my seven day volunteer trip. As soon as I put on my volunteer clothes, I got straightly to work. While I was walking to the entrance of a residential area, I saw a man throw a cup on the ground. I immediately went to talk to her and said, ”Hi, sir. I’m volunteer. Can you throw it into the bin?" To my surprise, he just looked at me, turn around and left, leaving me feeling very embarrassed.
Later on, I had to guide people on how to classify their garbage and put it on the different categories of dustbins. There were some residents which did not have such a strong awareness of garbage classification. Besides, I also handed out leaflets on environmental protection to passer-by. That week’s experience was something I would consider it a highlight in my life, as I have helped to serve society as a whole.

I remember that I love reading and creating fairy stories in my childhood. I spent many evening in my room alone writing stories. I lived in them and could almost see which I was writing about. Once, I was shocking when my mom went into my room all of sudden. After that, she was always knocked at the door softly to avoid disturb me. When we moved to a new home a few years before, I put my old writings in a box. I treasure those stories, because they show that I had a wonderful imagine as a kid. In fact, I take pride of what I did in my childhood.

During the Tomb Sweeping Festival, apart from visiting to tombs, I spend a week helping my family pick tea. It was extremely hard job. I started out with picking early in mornings and went back later in evenings. Which I suffered most was the pain in my back and legs, but it was an unforgettable memory, an experience to remember the hardship of life. Do this job is not easy. Tea is to be picked and then collect together for being processed in a machine. It is getting easy to process tea via machines than by hand. Besides, there is no need to sell tea to factories for money any more. We just make them for ourselves. Chinese tea is nice and I often drink it with great satisfactions.

Learning that the captain of the ship, the Beagle, wanted someone who would like to have the opportunity of visiting distance countries yet little known, a young man answered the call. After noticing some species of animals were similar to each other, he came up an idea that maybe animals evolved as they adapted to their changing environments.
It was such new an idea that nobody believed him. But they refused to believe that living things, including humans, had evolved from lower form of life.

Three years ago, I was addicted for computer games. I played with games day and night on weekends. I lost interesting in my studies and I was often absent from school.
My parents got very worrying about me. They persuaded me to quit play games, but I wouldn’t give up my bad habit. Later my English teacher gave me some advices on how to quit the bad Habit. Listing the disadvantages of playing computer games on a piece of paper, I put them on my bed and tried to remember them. Beside the list were my effective schedule. I followed my schedule strictly and managed to get rid playing games. After that I became active in studying and turn out to be one of the top students in our school.
