Some students, instead of, bring their iPods to the classroom and listen to music with earphones, which make the teachers and other students badly upset. As we all know, daily problems like stress or anxiety is common for us, so it’s important to keep health physically and mentally.
As for me, in the one hand, I keep exercise at least 30 minutes every day to build up my body. Beside, enough rest is also of beneficial to me. I never stay up late, which keeps me energetic. On the other hand, in order to keep mentally healthy, I think it necessary to keep good relationship between classmate and parents, whom I usually turn to help when I am in trouble.
