Last Saturday evening, my friend and I went out to eat in the restaurant. While eat there, we happened to notice an elderly woman sitting alone. Before thinking about it for a while, I walked over to her and asked that if I could sit with her. She said yes and we began talking. Later I learned the woman has lost her husband and that that day would have been their 60 wedding anniversary. Hearing this, I asked her join me and my friend and she was exciting to do so. We shared a meal together and exchanged story. On our way back, I told my friend, “Always be kind to people. You never know what we are going through.”

With the homeworks finished last Saturday, I went to countryside to visit my uncle. At about 8, I set out and arrived at my uncle’s after an hour. Seeing me, he felt very exciting and welcomed me warmly. I handed him the fresh fruit and flowers bought in the supermarket but he gave me some snacks. Then we went to catch fish. It was not long since we caught a lot of fish. Have brought them home, my uncle cooked some for me. After lunch, I helped him bathing the dog and he praised me with a big smile in his face. When it was time for me to leave, my uncle gave me some gifts that I liked very much, and hugging me. It was an amazing day which I will never forget it forever.

Luck has always been my closest friends these past five years. As you already know, there are a lot of forest fires during the summer season. Many forests are bad burnt each year.
This hot summer, not far from our house, a forest caught that fire. It is in July and a heat wave had been going for three days. Luck rushed towards a forest. There was no long any hope at that moment to wait for Luck to come back. Later a fireman ran into my house and told me what my dog Luck succeeded in saving four cats where were caught in the fire. According to the fireman, Luck caught the cats, move them one by one into a safe place.
I found a wallet a couple of weeks ago in the car, where I was renting. The wallet had credit cards but quite a bit of cash inside. The gentleman it was belonged to happened to be celebrating his birthday that same day. I was able to mail him his wallet. A few weeks later I receive this. “Jamie, I can’t tell you how fortunately I felt when I received my wallet sending by you. It is rare that someone can return a wallet, let alone return with 100% of its content. I’ll be thankful for you forever.” Tears filled my eye when I finished reading a note.

Last Sunday the storm struck the village where my grandparents used to living. The storm had destroyed twenty houses, thirteen of which were bad damaged. The others had either broken windows or torn roof. Over two hundred persons were killed. A few were seriously injured and take to hospital. About six hundred people were homeless because the storm.
Mr Green said “The storm began at about seven in the evening. I was watching TV with my family while we heard a loud noise. Several minutes later, our house fell down and covered us. It took us a long time after we managed to climb out, but I found one of his kids was missing, so I went back inside and found her safe and sound.”
