I’m fond of travelling. In my opinion, it’s very interesting explore new places and experience different cultures. I had been to several cities both at home or abroad so far. Of all trip I’ve taken, the best one what I made deep impression on was the trip to London two years ago. I was attracted by its remarkable architectures, especial London Bridge. Besides, I had my English greatly improving by communicating with native English speakers during the week-long trip. I found people there was friendly to me and willing to introduce the history of the city. In a word, not only did I academically benefit a lot of but also I physically and mentally felt relaxing.

Last Saturday evening, my friend and I went out to eat in the restaurant. While eat there, we happened to notice an elderly woman sitting alone. Before thinking about it for a while, I walked over to her and asked that if I could sit with her. She said yes and we began talking. Later I learned the woman has lost her husband and that that day would have been their 60 wedding anniversary. Hearing this, I asked her join me and my friend and she was exciting to do so. We shared a meal together and exchanged story. On our way back, I told my friend, “Always be kind to people. You never know what we are going through.”

Like million of other people, Mr. Griffin who is a head of IT for marketing agency Rise at Seven, kept a dog during the pandemic. With most of us working home during lock downs, many people wanted pets’ companionship.

When bosses require staff to return to the office at least a few days a week, have a pet dog can become a problem. You have to see if a friend or relative can look after it, and pay for expensive doggier day care, or even potentially try to get a new job that allow you to continue to work from home all the time. It was to help employees such as Mr. Griffin more easily return to the office after the pandemic which Rise’s bosses decided to let everyone bring their dogs to the office.

Mia King, one of the firm’s executive says that rather than being a distraction, having dogs at work has actually made staff work hard. Because they make everyone happy, and cheery staff are more product.

With the homeworks finished last Saturday, I went to countryside to visit my uncle. At about 8, I set out and arrived at my uncle’s after an hour. Seeing me, he felt very exciting and welcomed me warmly. I handed him the fresh fruit and flowers bought in the supermarket but he gave me some snacks. Then we went to catch fish. It was not long since we caught a lot of fish. Have brought them home, my uncle cooked some for me. After lunch, I helped him bathing the dog and he praised me with a big smile in his face. When it was time for me to leave, my uncle gave me some gifts that I liked very much, and hugging me. It was an amazing day which I will never forget it forever.

If you ask me what was the great challenge for me in 2021, I would put physics on the top of the list. Before the new term begin, I thought learn physics would be a piece of cake. Therefore, when the course began, keeping up the teacher in class became difficult for me. Seeing the other classmate doing quite well in the class, I felt really worried. Gradually I lost my interest in it.

My teacher felt my worries. He often came to talk to me after class, asking that I had any questions with the course. With your help, I began to make a progress, little by little.

I learned a lot from this experience. That is, face my weaknesses bravely, and never gave up.

Erhu is a very tradition Chinese instrument with a very long history, and it consists of three parts. Firstly, it have a long neck made of hardwood, at the top of whom are two large turning pegs (钉). Secondly, two large strings are attach from the pegs to the base. At the bottom, there is a small resonator (谐振器) body which is covered to the skin of snake on the front end. In addition to, there was a bow (弓) made of horse hair and tied to a bamboo stick.

When playing it, you should use my left hand holding the long thin neck with four finger pressing on the strings. You also have to pass the bow between the two strings at same time.

When I was on my way to school on last Saturday afternoon, I saw a mother and her son preparing go across the street. A mother was going to run the red light while her son prevented her. The mother felt embarrassed and stops. With more and more cars coming into our families, it had greatly improved our lives. But unlucky, it has also brought many problems, such as heavy traffic and traffic accident. Traffic safety is everybody’s business and we must obey the rules and we can tell our parents not to drink before we drive, not to run red lights, not to talk and laugh while drive etc.

The first day I came to high school, I meet my deskmate. She was a very nice person but took me to look around the new environment. She had one thing that impressed with me so much, which was his tough spirit. When work in a group, sometimes I wanted to give up the task, because it was difficult, but my deskmate would encourage me not give up. Now I won’t give up easy, because I well remember that my deskmate has taught me. I am so lucky to make friend with her, and I believe the things learning from her will be very useful in my life.
