Last Friday, I boarded the train in Delhi, that the staff treated me like a king. They took care of my luggages and showed me to my room. Everything was very grand that it took my breath away! Soon, the other passengers and I was on our way. We enjoyed delicious lunch as they watched the scenery go by. It was really a good sight. We soon reached for Agra and the famous Taj Mahal. It was amazing to seeing in person! Then, we returned to the train for dinner or our first night's rest. Tired as we were, we felt happily in deed.

My mother was on duty as an emergency room doctor when the father brought in his son, which had stuck a tire from one of his toy trucks in his nose. Last Sunday, when I walk the dog, I noticed a poster about the volunteer works.
It interested me very much that I shared the news with my family excited. After a heated discussion, we agreed on trash picking and then they made some trash collectors out of bamboo. Carried those collectors, we went downstairs but joined the cleaners in picking up the trash. Tired as we were, we felt satisfying as our community looked clean and tidy. This experience offered me sense of achievement, which could to benefit me for a lifetime.

I was punished once while I was at school. That was only because I forced to do something I didn't want to do it. I got punished because of the boy, who I was really frightened for. One day, he told me he will be sitting behind me. I was asked to move my paper so that he could read that I'd written. I did as he said, but we were all caught cheating. I had to write a composition about honest. Learning what had happened, my head teacher criticized me or encouraged me to be trustworthy. I can hard forget the experience.

It was a Sunday afternoon. My parents and I were watching TV excited when suddenly I spotted the pigeon on the balcony. It was a white pigeon with a ring around one of its foot. In the same time, my parents brought the pigeon inside and gave it some bird food, what helped refresh it. Before long, the owner got the message but came to take the pigeon back. Once I was asked to coach a community basketball team. Though have many good players, the team never won the game. I quickly found out what they could not win for the first time I watched them play their game. Everyone desires to be a star. With graduation drawing near, my classmates and I had decided to do something meaning to the memory of our school life. After a heated discussion, we agreed with making a video to record our experiences at school.
To begin with, material collecting took us a wholly week , during which we interviewed our teacher and took pictures of every aspect of school life. After that, the toughest part was editing and we debated for long over how to put into the video. Even though our opinions were divided, some compromises were made in the end. To my delight, a video turned out perfect. Several days later, when the video was played on the graduation ceremony, it was very received. The students and teachers moved into tears and shared a great time together. That surely gave us a great sense of achievement.

I lost both parents at the age of 18. I would get up early to deliver newspapers to supporting my daily expenses. Then I would rush home to make breakfast, eat quick and then go to school. One morning, the boy named Jimmy came over. He said his parents wanted to talk to me. Jimmy’s mother gave me a delicious breakfast, and Jimmy’s father gave me a new bicycle. I tell him I didn’t have any money, and he said it was a gift. He told me that my newspaper editor was a friend of him and had told him about my parents. I was so much thankful that I didn’t have to walk to work and school anymore! Many years later, I realized that getting that bicycle had changed my life so many ways. And I learned what helping people is a good thing. But that helping people according to their actually needs is the best thing.

One morning, I went to borrow a book from my good friend Lisa so she refused. She said she had promised to lend a book to her classmate. I was upset and leaving her house without any words and I didn’t talk to her for a week. But several days later, I suddenly realized that I was terrible wrong. I couldn’t wait to apologize her. It made me delighted was the deeper friendship between us after that.
Through this experience, I have a better understanding of thinking of others first and accepting all the mistake we’ve made. Also, it helps me improve ourselves and have a better life.

Nanchang International Marathon has held three times since 2016. I felt luckily enough to be chosen as a mini-marathon runner in last November. Lacked special training, I almost wanted to quit an event. On that day, I lined up with other 25,000 runners, most of who were professional runners. Realizing running was a battle against me, I was ready to finish my first marathon. At mile 1, my leg were still comfortable. By mile 3, I got a pain in my ankle, and I kept going. With the finishing line ahead, I seem to feel faster than before. Actually, I got the same medal as the one the winner had!
