This afternoon I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened until the class was over. She said proudly, "Of course, you can scan it!" I felt happy see our advanced society!

Three years ago I fail in an important exam in my life and became the student in an ordinary school. Last term our class hold a meaningful activity which required us to form the good habit in100 days.I paired up with my deskmate.First，we discussed what habit that we would develop. Last Saturday，I went on journey by train．There were such many passengers that not everyone could get a seat．Many people had to stand，which was really tired．I had a reserved seat so I could sit comfortable．In front of my seat is a woman with two little kids．With the kid squeezing into their single seat，she had to stand up all the way．So I moved a bit but shared my seat with her．The woman felt very grateful to my selflessness．Seeing her beautiful smile，I also smiled．Share increased happiness!

On December 30，after two weeks’training，we finally began our work for volunteer guides in a museum.During the first two weeks，I learnt a lot about the story behind the artworks.In order to do good in the work，my teammates and I made fully preparations.We first worked out a careful plan.Then we practiced use proper body language to explain the artworks better.The month-long volunteer work has now come to end，from what I understand that it isn’t easy to be a good guide.Besides.I also realize that how important teamwork is.I believed that I will get lifelong benefits from the short and meaningful experience.

This winter holiday my classmates and I go to the Sunshine Welfare House for voluntary work. After we went there, we talked about how we could do for the kids over the phone.
