On the morning of last Saturday, I got up at six as usual. After a quickly breakfast, I went to the gym to work out. I spent two hours do exercise there. Then I took shower in a bathhouse, where is very close to my school. While I was walking on the street, I notice an old lady who didn't look well. When she saw me, she signed to me and asked that I could take her home. At first, I was hesitated for a minute but then decided to give her a hand. About twenty minute later, we arrived at the apartment. She was grateful for me and invited me to her home. I polite refused and left.

One day, I was walking home after school when an old man fell heavy onto the snow- covering road. Many people passed by, and no one took action. Some of them said it was none of their business; others worried if they helped him, they may get into a difficult situation. Seeing what had happened, I called 120 immediately. While waiting the ambulance, I took down my coat to keep the old man warm. In no time did the ambulance came. Having helped the doctors carry him into an ambulance, I felt relieved. Last week, I went to a painting exhibition. Upon enter the gallery, I put on the earphones which would give me informations of all the paintings. Suddenly, I noticed that the elderly woman who didn’t know how to use the earphones stood anxiously in front of a painting. I rushed to her with hesitation but helped her put on the earphones. The woman thanks me for my kindness. I realized that was reaching out to others that could really bring a great moment of happiness, which was benefit to me so much. That day when I appreciated lots of breathtaking paintings. What’s more, I learned a valuable lesson from the grateful smile giving by the elderly woman.

Last year, our class paid a visit a local nursing home. After arrive there, we saw some elder doing Tai chi. They gave us an impression of being energetic but healthy. But there was also some old people seated in the wheelchairs. They were out of the shape, which made me a few sad. They must have experienced a hard life in the past. During that visit, we chat with the old and did some cleaning here. We had such a good time. This year, we plan to visit it again and hope more people care about the old so that they can be healthy, peace and happy for the rest of their life.

Neighborhood does help. Six years before, at the hottest day of the year, I saw man working on the grass at the bank next door. I didn’t know him, and I decided to do something kind. Last Saturday, my friends and me went to climb the West Mountain. While climb, we enjoyed the sunny weather and a beautiful view. We were very delighted reach the top without much time or effort. Therefore, we found it more difficult to go down, so we went slowly but helped each other when necessary. Though I took care a lot, unfortunately I slip and hurt my leg badly. Three years ago I fail in an important exam in my life and became the student in an ordinary school. Disappointing as I felt at the shabby campus and the poor equipment, I found the teachers patiently. Besides, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in class. I decided make the best of it.
