Mistakes are unavoidable in life. But attitudes towards it may make difference. I still remember how my spoken English was improved. At the beginning, I always kept silent in our oral class to avoid make mistakes. Before long my teacher got to know about his situation, he encouraged me to speak out that I thought. Whenever I made mistakes and felt discouraging, my teacher and my classmate would help me to find out my problem. I also joined in an English club to get more chances to speak. Practice makes perfect. Now I can talk fluent in English. Just as the saying went, “Every bean has its black.”Don't be afraid of making mistakes. Last week as I pull out of the parking lot with my son to watch the football game，I saw a woman trying to change her flat tire. Because of nobody stopped to help her，I went over and offered change her tire. She tried to be nice，said that she was thankful. After a while，I helped her out unless I became dirty. When I got into the car，my son angry said to me，“Do you know what you did is likely to let us missing the game？Why did you help him？”I told him that it was the right things to do and we needed to help each other.

A Chinese and a German made up their mind cross the sea in a balloon in 1754. The balloon in what they discovered a hole was high over the water. A hole became bigger and bigger. The hot air keeping the balloon up was escaping quick and the balloon was coming down. The two men threw all their equipments in order to make the balloon lighter. In our life, everyone is surely to have difficulties. It is the same with me. I still remember how worried I am about my English learning three years ago. I had difficulty follow my teacher in the English class. With my classmates often laughing at me because of my poor English, I decided to do anything. Firstly, I took a part in the English Corner that I met many friends. They shared their methods of learning English with me. Beside, I also found it useful keep English diaries. What’s more, I talked with friends on the Internet and exchanged emails with English. As a result, I made great progresses in learning English.

I was entering the underground parking lot when I heard a little girl shouted “Mama, Mama!” I looked around and saw the girl in a car alone. I went over to ask her how was the matter. She said she needed to go to the washroom badly. I tell the girl to get out and I would take him to the washroom. She was very gladly and ran with me to the washroom. After she washed her hand, I took her back to car. Still, her mom didn’t come. I really hoped the girl would tell her mom what had been happened to her. But next time the mom wouldn’t leave her little daughter in the car on herself.

One rain day while I was walking home with one of my friend, a truck came to a stop beside me. The driver wound the window down and offered us a umbrella because he found we were wet through. I stood there and couldn’t believe in that a complete stranger is so thoughtful. The man insisted, so I grateful accepted the offer, thanked him and watched the truck disappear down the road. This man might need the umbrella himself, and he preferred to give it to everyone else. It was a lesson to us that it was possible give without expect anything in return.

The best advice I was received in my childhood was from my dad. He always gives me some advice, but I seldom took them seriously. One day he encouraged me to participate a speech competition. So I signed up and before the competition, I did my best to be full prepared. And the moment I stood on the stage, I was such nervous that my mind completely went blank. The experience of lose a competition was really painful. Then, my dad said, “My son, life is like a battlefield. You have to lose many time to win the final victory.” Thanks to his advice, I never give up while I do anything.

Patience is of great important in our daily life. Once I waited for a bus come at a stop.30 minutes passed，but no bus came. Both upset and annoyed，I decided to walk on feet. But no sooner had I left when the bus arrived. I thought if I had waited for one more minute，I would have caught it. If I chose to take a next bus，I would have to wait for other 30 minutes. Only then do I realize my problem. Being impatient will possible waste all the effort that we have put it in. Now whenever I am close to lose my patience，I'll think of this experience.
