My family is a close one. We always spent much time together. On weekdays, my brothers and I have the lunch with our mother. At night, we talk about our day over dinner. Although my father is often exhausting after work, he attentively listens what my brothers and I say. Sometimes, he gives us his advices, too. On weekends, we like to go hiking together. Nature reserves are when we often go. Our parents are energetic so they have no difficulty keep up with my brothers and me. My father once said he’d take ourselves overseas the next year. And the spread of COVID-19 in the world has made it impossibly. I hope the epidemic will end soon.

I’m so honored to be here and deliver a speech, which title is “The Fruit of Labour Is Sweet”. As far as I know, many people attach a great importance to labour and they create a better environment to live in through labour. As for you, I have all kinds of labour tasks to do at home like swept the floor and washing dishes. Doing housework help me learn to be more responsibility and independent. That gives me the most pleasure is volunteering in the school library, where I help clean the shelves. Being a volunteer always makes me feel a sense achievement.
All in all, labour benefits us both physically and mental, so it’s suggested that we took action now!

I like keeping a diary. I think keeping diaries are a good habit. It interests people of all age. Older people want to look back on the past and see which they’ve done and like. They also hope to leave something usefully for their grandchildren. Middle-aged people explore their lives by keep diaries. Why do young people enjoy keeping diaries? With my opinion, they wish to find out who they are, and where they’re going. If you want to remember your past life, and you need to keep a personal diary throughout their life. That’s because it is impossible for you remember everything you’ve experienced.

We are now living in an age, that TV, cellphones and the Internet are wide used. It seemed that many people can not enjoy themselves without it. However, if I have to give up one of them, I will turn off TV rather than turning off my cellphone and cut off the Internet. I can live without TV because of few TV shows can expand my imagination and there are too much commercials. Besides, most programs are also easy to see elsewhere. When it comes to cellphones and the Internet, they are more necessary for me. I need cellphone to keep in touch with my friends and family members, and all informations can be gathered on the Internet.
