There was a time when Zhang Yi and I was good friends, but now we are like two stranger. On his first day in our class two years ago, he had somebody to talk to. I was the first to say hello to him, so we became friends Zhang Yi did good in math and he was always ready to helping me with it. Sometimes 1 feel that living in a city makes people lonely than before. People always feel strangers cannot trusted. They think this is not normal to start talking to anyone or even smile at anyone. I desire to change that. Last week, while I was skate, a man ran by, smiling at me. He said something to me about doing sports or he hoped to be able to finishing his run. I smiled back and said that he certain would. And then a family cycles by when I was in the park. One of the girl waved at me with a big smile, and I waved back enthusiastically. I do believe such small gestures can change into the world we live in.
The other day, I was invited my friend Sam’s home for dinner. I felt a bit surprising when I saw Bill there. It was two month since we two had quarreled, so I was embarrassed and didn’t know how to do. I sat down on the sofa but began to watch TV. Later Sam came to ask me to make up with Bill. Until then I realize that Sam had arranged the dinner on purpose. He went up to Bill and greeted him warmly, smile at him. He looked very happy and talked with me excited. That night, we had a great fun together.
The day, May 16th, is my younger brother's birthday. That afternoon I went to the shopping center downtown, and buy a present for him. Then I took the subway train home. Seating on the train, I thought my brother would be very happy when he saw a present.
At the next station, an old lady with two heavy bag got on the train and stood in front of me. She looked tiring. I didn't hesitate for a moment, but then offered my seat to him. The old lady thanked me for a lot and sat down. I felt joyfully when seeing her smile. I will always ready to help others in the future.
Dear Chris,
I think that you are worrying about is not a big problem. When students moved between classes, old friendships often suffer as new ones seem to take their place. But it isn’t always case.
If you true value your friendship, you should be able to make the effort to save it. There is something to stop you spend time with your friend. Meet him or her during a break in class or at some other time. Explain you feel that as if the two of you are growing apart and that you don’t want this to happen. First of all, your friend will be very touching that you care enough about your friendship and try to save it. If he or she feel the same way, you can then arrange to spend more time together after class or at weekends
The worst thing is that you are worried about something or do nothing for it. Take action now!
Good luck
Yours,
Jim
Dear Mr. Black,
I'm very thank to you for inviting me to stay with you in the coming summer vacation. I have been dreamed of seeing you again so that I can get help from you in my English learning. And I'm afraid I cannot go to your place this summer. I've promised to my grandmother, she lives in the country, to spend this summer with her. She misses me too much that I find difficult to refuse her request. I'm busy preparing for your examinations at present. I planned to visit you in winter if it's convenience for you. Best wishes.
Yours truly,
Li Ying

Dear Jin Jing,
Your problem is common one among middle school students.Maybe the following advices can help you.First in all, believe in yourself.Your greatest problem is that you lack self-confidence.The first thing you must do it is to smile at your classmates. One smile speaks loud about your wish to make friends than any word.Your smile will show that you are friendly to him.Next, trying talking with a student who is as shy as you or who share the same interest as you.You can discuss your studies with a classmate and you can also talk about your hobbies.Unless anyone is in trouble, you should be ready to help him or her.Once you have confidence, you can make as many friends as possibly.
Yours,
Lily

As the saying goes, "Friendship is like sunshine keeps us warm and helps us grow." I think it is important for us to making good friends so that we can always have a fun. I like to choose people who are kind, honesty and helpful as my friends. I like to share my thoughts and fears about them whenever I get into trouble.
Now I have some good friends who trusts me. I always care about what had happened to them, because I call them once a week. I always go out with my friends, chatting and playing. I try to offer some advices to my friends when necessary. In this way they could keep friendship.
