Nowadays, there are more and more people who attach great importance relationships in career success. Being polite is the first and most important step to developing good relationships among friends. Polite words can be easily said yet always have some unexpected and powerful result in your daily life.
Always saying “please” and “thank you” will make your friends feeling more comfortable and more willingly to offer help when necessary. We all know that one man’s success is based on what he deals with people. Always being grateful for other people’s kindness and show your gratitude through the words you say. Everyone expect to have good interpersonal relationships, from which we can benefit. Therefore, not everyone has such good relationships. When the relationship went bad, loneliness and even trouble come along. But how can we establish and maintain a warm relationship? To begin with, they need to learn to respect others. Respect others will leave a good impression, what is beneficial for building a positive interpersonal relationship. Secondly, we should treat others honest and sincerely since honesty is an essential part of a good relationship. Last but not a least, we must reflect on our behaviour when we argue with others, which is helpful developing a kinder relationship. Generally spoken, the relationship between students and people around us was good. We are getting on well with each other. Therefore, there still exist some problems. Some students lose his temper easily because of learning burden. They sometimes quarrel with others, that is very disappointing. In my opinion, we middle school students should make our efforts improve the situation. Firstly, we should respect for other people. Secondly, when we are not feeling happily, we can chat with our friends or teachers or even parents. It is likely that they can give us some reasonable advices. Last but not least, we can trying to make some changes in our way of life.
Being responsible is actual not that difficult. I used to think it was hard to growing up into a responsible member of society. An incident happening in a rainy Sunday afternoon changed my attitude. I was on my way to the bookstore and was waiting for the green light while a girl was knocked down by passing car，which drove off quickly. A man immediately gave her first aid and I had joined in without hesitation. Soon many help was given to the girl. Because we sent her to the nearest hospitals in time, she was able to receive proper treatment. Not badly injured, he expressed gratitude to those giving help. Comparing with the escaped driver, I was proud of what I did.
I think honesty is a important part of life. Lack of honesty lead to all kinds of problem. For example, if you lie to your friends, you will have to work hard to win back his trust. And if you can't depend them to tell you the truth, then your friendship is unlikely to lasting.
Honesty at work is just as important. A person which doesn't value honesty is a bad partner. Most people work in teams and if you cannot trust a partner, the team would break down.
In a word, it is my belief that honesty in our life is very much important. Without it, our life would become great unpleasant.
One day, a young man, whom couldn’t get back home, came into my office to ask for help. He said his mother was disabled. His phone had stolen with his wallet and he hadn’t contacted her for the past two days. Therefore, my job was assessing housing applications, not provide money for travel. I asked him to wait outside unless I finished my work. After work I drove him all the way home. We arrive at his mother’s house at 10:30 p.m. She was in a wheelchair and she answered the door. I saw tears in her eye as she thanked for me. I just hoped that if my son experienced nothing similar, someone would be nicely enough to bring him home to me.
A few clays ago when taking the walk with my mother in the park, I came across a foreigner. Judged by his puzzled expression, I thought he might in need of help. So I went up and asked what I could help him in English. He told me he had got lost. He had turned to several passer-by for help, but he couldn’t speak English. Then he told me his destination. Fortunately, I was quite familiar with the place. In order to make myself understand, I told him how to go there as clear as possible. Although it was the first lime that I have talked to a foreigner face to face, he totally understood what I said and thanked for me.

Three men were fishing when the angel appeared in the boat with them.The first man got over his shock and politely said to the angel，“I’ve suffered by back pain for years.Can you help with me？”The angel touched his back and he had recovered.

Now I have some good friends who trusts me. I always care about what had happened to them, because I call them once a week. I always go out with my friends, chatting and play. I try to offer some advices to my friends when necessary. In this way I am able to keep friendship.
Time spending in a bookshop can be most enjoyable. Here is a moved story about it. Once there was a medical student wanted to read a textbook which was far too expensive to buy it. The only copy he could find was in a bookshop, but he couldn’t afford it. So that he could do was read it in the shop. Every afternoon, he goes to the shop or read some of the book at a time. One day, however, he found the book missing from its usual place. So disappointed, he was about to leave when he noticed an owner of the shop signaling to him. To his surprise, the owner pointed to the book, which was good put away in a corner. And he added that he put it there for case anyone else attempted to buy it.
