Last Friday will live in my memory forever. It was the first time when I had performed Latin dance with the classmate on stage.
After I changed into my suit, I stood quiet, waiting for our turn. While standing on stage, I am afraid of looking at the audience. Then the music began, but we started to dance. Concentrating in what I was doing, I began to feel better. Finally, it was over. As we left the stage, I said to my partner: “We did a good job.”
Not only I put on a show for others, I also learned why to deal with a challenge. Now when I face a new situation, I am not as nervous as I was before. I know I may practice and be ready for anything. It is a wonderful, free feeling to be able to perform it for others.

Last year, to making a small change in my life, I decided to learn the tango. Having listened the music many times, I already knew the rhythms. Thus, I was confidence that I could learn the dance well.
However, the tango was much hard than it seemed and after my first class, my feet and my knees hurt severe. Not wanting to give up, and I kept practicing at home after each class. In the end, after having struggled for several month, I got the hang of it. Now I really enjoyed dancing the tango. When I’m doing it feel completely relaxing and free: the world disappear, and just my partner, I and the music are there.
