Last month, I, together with my parents, were invited to my uncle's home in Beijing. My uncle, whose moved to Beijing when I was five, has been living there for nearly ten years. He meets us at the airport. The moment I arrived Beijing, I was so exciting. In the following days, we visited some places of interest and took photos in the front of TianAnMen Square. We both enjoyed visiting the Forbidden City because it deep impressed us. For me, this is one of the most rewarding trip I have ever made in my life and am looking forward to go there again.

Li Daiyu and Liu Qi were on a trip to Canada to visit their cousins on the Atlantic coast. Rather than taking the plane all the way, they took the train from west to east crossing by Canada. The thought that they could go across whole continent was exciting.
Canada is the second large country in the world. People say Vancouver is Canada’s most beautiful city surrounding by mountains and the Pacific Ocean. On the northern coast of Vancouver, it is so wet there that the trees are extremely tall, some measured over 90 meters.
That afternoon aboard the train, the cousins settled down in their seat. They manage to catch sight of some mountain goats or even a grizzly bear. They had learned where most Canadians live within 320 kilometers of the USA border and the population is only slightly over thirty million.

To climb the mountains was hardly work but as we looked around us, we were surprising by the view. We seemed to be able to see for miles. On one point we were so high that we found us cycling through clouds. Then we began going down the hills. It was a great fun especially as it gradually became much warm. In the valleys colorful butterflies flew around me and we saw many yaks and sheep eat green grass. At this point we had change our caps, coats, gloves and trousers with T-shirts and shorts.

Last Sunday, sixty students from our school pay a visit to China Science and Technology Museum.
The museum, which main task is to spread the knowledge of science and technology, covers area of 48,000 square meters. The moment when we entered the museum, the exhibition caught their attention. In the museum, we saw the latest progresses in science and technology. Moreover, we did an amazed scientific experiment by ourselves. What appealed for us most was the 3D film that made us feel we were in real events.
Though the visiting time was slight short, we gained a lot. It is so an instructive activity that we hope more will be organized in the future.

In Saturday, July 27th, there will be a few visits to different places. Everyone is welcomed. All the visitors will be dividing into four groups. Each group of visitors can visit to one of the places—a factory, a farm, a school and a hospital. I love camping. It is my favoritest way to spend the summer vacation. Last year, my family and I went camping in the countryside. It was one of the most excited experiences I had never had. We slept in a tent and went on a long walk every day. We cook over a fire and the food always tasted wonderfully. For a whole week, I saw lovely mountain views or breathed fresh air. At night, I heard the gentle wind blowing in the tree, and I felt so peaceful. It doesn’t cost many to camp, and what I believe it’s the best way to get close nature and enjoy its beauty.
