Built in 2015, our chemical factory is biggest one in our city. Nowadays over 2000 workers are working here. In the past, the waste from our factory cause serious pollution, that did great harm to the workers. Therefore, little was done to stop them.
In recent years, the harm of pollution have caught people’s attention. A special workshop has been built. The workshop is used to recycling the waste. Before several years of hard work, things have been great improved. We will quicken our factory’s development. We have been decided to bring in advanced technology and equipments from abroad.
Thanks for your concern in your letter about the smog which frequent strikes some areas of China. I’m also very worrying about such a terrible weather. It has brought much inconvenience or rather harm to people's health such as road accident, bad coughs and even lung cancers and so on.
It is known to all, good environment comes from careful protection. But we should do what we can protect it. I believe a small step can make a different. Try to drive less and choose air-friendly products. Only when everyone had the environmental awareness can we have a blue sky. Hope to hear from you and share my good ideas.

One day, my sister Alice and I were walking in our hometown and saw hundred of rubbish on the ground. They made the town look such ugly that we decided to do something. Last weekend, fifty volunteers from our school go to help promote garbage classification in Sunshine Community. Various activities held to spread the knowledge of garbage classification. After arrive at the community, we recommended the official account we created it on WeChat to local residents. Meanwhile, some volunteers put down posters and gave out brochures. Beside, we started to sort garbage in several trash can and collected recyclable waste from door to door. After a long day of hard work, the locals had a better insight into garbage classification but raised their environmental awareness with the help of us. Back to school, the organizer shared an event online to make it wide known.

It is no doubt that we produce lots of garbage every day. However, few people have the habit of sorting waste.
This will bring lots of problem. First, the value of things that can be recycled or reused, such as plastic and paper, are reduced. Besides, deal with some waste by burning it will cause serious environmentally pollution.
For those reasons, the government should taken effective measures to call for waste sorting. More publicity campaigns and public service advertisements should run to raise public aware. The government can also design the colorful garbage cans with clear waste-sorting images on it to encourage people to sort waste.

A city, whether big and small, should be clean. Only when we live in a clean city we live a happy life. As we know, a clean city, that disease may be reduced and people’s health may be better, are good both for our mind and body. No one believes people lived in a dirty city with waste everywhere can live happy. However, for much people have moved into our city, it is not easy to keep our city clean. When I was in primary school, I watched a movie about global warming. See the images of ice melting and the polar bears habitat being destroyed made me disappointed. I begin to realize it was important to do what we can save the environment. I asked my mom to buy a blue recycling bin. And she immediate agreed to get it. Besides, she got for me a black one for trash. I now have a recycling bin for waste papers and plastic bottles in my room. I may be just one person, so I feel like I am making the big difference.

Dear students,
I'm writing to call everyone to concentrate on the problems of the environment.
Over the years, we have come to realise that we would have made good use of energy. Our environment is getting worse and worse. We must take effective measure to protect the environment. We should get into the habit of being environmental friendly.
Firstly, we should go to school on our foot or by bike as possible. Secondly, we should turn off the lights when we leave a room. Lastly ,developing the habit of save water is also important. As we all know, nowadays a lot of people are healthy because of the seriously polluting environment. So let's take steps in our daily life. Remember, actions speak loud than words.
