Our school has built a new stadium recently, where is located behind the library. It has well-equipped facilities. Beside, it is big enough to holding all the teachers and students in our school. We can use to organize sports events such as play basketball and table tennis. My favorite sport is running. What’s more, the stadium opened from 9 a.m. Monday to Friday. On the weekends, it opens from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. .

When I was young, I was really a quietly girl without any interest in sports. Nor I know what volleyball was. However, a competitive match in the 2016 Olympic Games totally changed me. I still remember the wonderful moment where Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team defeated all the other teams and win the gold medal. Instantly, they became my heroine and I even imagined me to be one of them. Apart for playing for fun, I’ve also mastered several skills, like passing the ball and cooperate with my teammates. It’s volleyball which shows me what the courage and perseverance can achieve.
When it was warm, our PE teacher took us to do outdoor sports. There were a football field together with a basketball court or running tracks, etc. in our school. I was good at running and loving to feel the air in my hair as I was approaching the finish line. It was also nice to have rest under the large trees and watch my classmate competing with each other. But not all memories of sports made me joyfully. One annoying memory was related to football. Once, someone hit the ball on his head heavily in a football game for two times. Besides, I had to sit on the bench for the rest of the game to stopping dizziness.

One of my hobbies is running. I really like running so first of all it's very cheap. It doesn't cost you any money. You can do it anywhere, as example, on a city street. If you run a lot, maybe three or four times a week, you will definite stay in shape. When you run, it's very important drink lots of waters. You should drink a lot of the water before you run and then maybe you should drink a little when you run, if you ran for more than 30 minutes. Naturally, stretch is very important. Most people actually stretch before you run, and I like to stretch after I run .
