I do well in school, so people think I am smart. And it’s not true. In fact, three year ago I struggled in Grade 9. Later, I decide to get serious about school, so I made a few changes. First, I decided I would become interesting in whatever was being taught, regardless of that what other people thought. I also made up my mind to work hardly every day. After carry out these changes, I became active participant in classroom discussions. Then my test scores began to rise. How exciting! It seems to myself that being smart is simply a matter for making efforts and being interested.

As we all know, communication is of great important, which helps to improving people’s relationship. When deal with others, we use no more than spoken and written words. We use body language as well, though not all body language is conscious. As body language vary from culture to culture, we are requested know more about it when in a foreign country.

In my opinions, we are not supposed to be on guard wherever we come from. Otherwise, the others involving in the conversations will not feel comfortably.

On summary, what counts is that everyone should be sincere.

Last year, when I was trying to decide if to study overseas,I talked to my friend. This was the better thing I could have done. This was a big decision for me because I had ever been overseas on my own and I was not sure if I could do it. She had studied overseas previous year. She told me about the challenges and opportunity I might come across and help me make the right decision. I went and it was amazed.

Here is my idea about how a friend is like. Firstly,  a friend is someone you can share your secrets. If you tell him the secret, never will he talks about it with anybody else. Besides, a friend is always good listener when you need one. After hear your sad stories, he will say some words that is nice and warm. Still, your happiness makes him happily too. What’s more, a good friend is willing to offer the help to which you need, or can at least give you some advices. In a word, friends are those you like and trust, and you will enjoy every minute that you spent with them.
