Most people follow others blindly mainly under the effect (影响) of peer (同龄人) pressure. Some people also feel it safe to follow ________ people. In some cases it might be right, but in most cases this ________ be one big mistake.

Finally, if you want to stay healthy, you must eat well. Your body needs fresh fruit and vegetables, and some milk. When you are in a new country, you may want to try new foods but you need to be careful about how much you eat. Lots of rich food is not very good for you.
