Jack Brown was very quiet when he saw his doctor. The doctor said, "Open your mouth and say" Ah and then he took his temperature and listened to his heart. He asked Jack's mother, "When did Jack begin to fall ill?”

“This morning when he got up, he said he felt too terrible and he couldn’t go to school today.”
