【推荐2】Are you interested in PE class in Canada? It’s quite different from that in China. I have my PE class every morning from 8:40 to 10:00. Before the class starts, we all need to get changed. After the attendance, we have to run around the school to warm up. And then the teacher decides what our plan is for that day: go to the weight room or stay inside the gym and play ball games.

In the weight room, there are a lot of facilities for us to exercise our muscles (肌肉). We usually spend about 30 minutes there. After that, we either go back to the gym and play ball games or have free time on the playground. Our playground is very big with the huge grassland beside it.
