Ghaffar Pourazar, born in Iran, became interested in Chinese culture when he was a child. In 1993, he happened to watch Beijing Opera in London performed by actors from Jingju Theatre Company of Beijing. Ghaffar said he fell in love with the beautiful voices, colorful costumes, excellent shows and so on. So after one year, he arrived in China alone and became a student of Beijing Opera at a Beijing school.

Some people were inside a hotel during the terrible rainstorm earlier this week. A 21-year-old worker was regarded as their hero. He was a college student who worked part-time there.
Satchel Smith was supposed to work at the front desk in the hotel. After his father drove him for work on Wednesday, he expected to work for eight hours before going home later that evening.
The terrible storm spread through the area and flooded many of the roads and highways. Satchel was now the only worker who was serving the hotel with 90 guests trapped（陷入困境）inside and he faced the challenge bravely.
Angela Chandler was one of the guests staying at the hotel under Satchel’s care. She took a photo of Satchel and posted it on Facebook to praise him for his hard work.
