According to Psychology (心理学), today, burnout isn’t just caused by working long hours; it is more about being under great pressure for a long time. The feeling that you are able to succeed means that a difficult task might be less difficult and tiring.

Finding ways to express your creative side may help, too. Not everyone can stay creative in their jobs, so they need to find other ways. They could paint, write or take part in the local theater. All of these may help people get away from the huge pressure in their working life.
