Hello, my name is Tim Cook. I’m 63 years old. I come from America. Now I am the CEO of Apple. Many people say I’m successful (成功的), and they want to know what I do in one day. Now I’ll talk about it.
I usually get up very early in the morning. I get up at 3:45 a.m. every day. Then I read about 700 e-mails. At 5:00 a.m., I exercise for 30 to 45 minutes. I think health comes first.
