There is no doubt whether exams are important to us, but it was also of great importance to have a right attitude towards them. As the matter of fact, exams is no more than a means of evaluation. However, there is no need to worry too much about the results. Only by studying hard every day and make good preparations can we avoid suffering from the pressure of exam.
We had better to go out for a walk before exams. In addition, having enough sleep could make us full of energy and make possible for us to perform well in the exams.

I am Li Hua, the Senior 1 student. Recently, I’ve been busy prepared for the coming exam. Unluckily, I find quite hard to devote myself on study. I meet some problems what trouble me a lot. So I’m writing to ask you for help.
I have to spend so very much time on my homework that I hardly have time to take part in sports. Beside, the high expectation from the teachers and my parents made me extremely stressful (有压力的) because I don’t want to let them down. What troubles them most is that it’s difficult for me to fall asleep every night. Could you please offer me some advices on how to solve these problems?
3 . I’m an animal lover. A few weeks ago, while going home from work, I saw an old dog lain on the roadside. I got closer to find that it was there. I felt shocked when I find it was unable to move. Someone told me that it was hit by the motorcycle. I decided to take it home and look after it careful. Every day I gave it enough food or water before I went to work. And as soon as I came back home after work, I would play it.
To its great joy, it is now able to walk with little difficult. My efforts have been paid off.
