1 . Enter the 17th Annual Kids’ Fish Art Contest

Each fall, Ontario students are invited to enter the Kids’ Fish Art Contest．This free annual contest lets you show off your artistic talents and learn about Ontario’s native fish and their habitats．
The contest is open to all students：
●who are residents of Ontario
●currently attending elementary or secondary school(or homeschooled)
●between the grades of 4-12
Children of Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s Fish and Wildlife Services Branch employees are not permitted．
Prizes
There is 1 winner for each of the 3 categories：
●grades of 4-6                    ●grades of 7-9       ●grades of 10-12
This year’s prizes include：
●a fishing trip at Brennan Harbour Resort
●a day of fishing with Canadian Sport fishing Television Show Host, Italo Labignan
●the winning designs advance to an international competition

How to enter
1.Prepare your entry：
●original artwork             ●a short essay

Growing up in Jamaica, Luis didn't know about basketball until he arrived in the US at the age of twelfth. At his new school in the new country, he showed no interest in play basketball at all. One day, he met the boy named Tom at his school, but soon they became good friends. Tom was fond of playing basketball and ask Luis to do that with him. At first Luis wasn't interesting. But he finally decided to give it a try after he watched Tom to play several time. As soon as he started playing, he found it was actually fun. Now he plays the sport regular.

Jack Green was the football coach at an American college. He was appointed to find good players, and they weren’t smart enough to be accepted.
One day, the coach has brought an excellent player to the director of the college and suggested the student allowed to enter without an examination. “Well,” the director said after thinking for a while, “I’d better ask you a few questions first.” Then the student was called for and asked some easier questions, but he didn’t know any of the answers. At last the director said, “Well, what is thirty – four minus two?” It was quite a long time when the student answered, “Thirty – three.” The director threw up his hands and looked at the coach disappointed, but the coach said, “Oh, please let him in, sir! He was only wrong by two comparing with all the others.”
