Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip rope for fun and exercise.

I used to feel sleepy in class and I couldn’t focus to my lessons. At first I was not quite willing to sit down and watched the 90-minute football match. Usually I just checked the results because I thought that was dull to watch a game in which players kicked a ball each other. Therefore, my father loves football.
