When I started school, I am weak and often caught a cold. I often asked for leave because of illness, which influenced my studies. So I decided to change so a bad situation. Since junior high school, I have made running a form of exercise build up my body. The long-distance running has not only made me health, but improved your running skills.

Our school held a 5000-metre cross-city running race last Sunday, that was a part of the sports meeting. 150 participants from three grades took part the race.
