I participated in a cycling event yesterday. This event attracted cycling lover from all over the city. I was not sure where I found the courage to undertook it, but it could have been the inspiration from the spirit of sportsmanship I witnessed before.
My friends and I began my cycling adventure at 6 am from the eastern side of the lake. The cycling path was lined by a variety of color flowers, many of what I couldn’t identify by name. Looking down on, I noticed lots of falling leaves on the red track. At that moment I realized leaves were so attractive. Of course, this journey wasn’t just the feast for the eyes. It was absolute a physical challenge too.
During the Men’s 800-metre Race of our school’s sports meeting, Li Hua from Senior 2 soon got well ahead the others and finally ranking first. The crowd were shouting to him when Li Hua fell to the ground and got injury. Many people come to her assistance. The teacher gave him first aid, while some kindly students passed water and a towel to him. In no time, Li Hua recovered. When interviewed, Li Hua expressed his thanks to everyone, saying,“ Injured as I am, but I can feel the warm from my schoolmates.” He was delighted to make contribution to his class.

On the afternoon of last Friday, the English speech competition, organized by our English club, was held in our meeting hall. Once one year a race is held. A lot of cars took part this race last year and there had a lot of experiments just before it began. One of the most beautiful car was a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost. The most usual car was a Benz which had only three wheels. Built in 1885, it is the oldest car taking part. After a great many loud noises, the race began. Many of cars broke down on the way and some drivers spent much time under their cars than in them. The win car reached at a speed of forty miles an hour.

I am David. As a eighteen-year-old student in Senior 3, there have always a new challenge just around the corner! At times they can be quite stressful, which in turn makes me feel very worry. In order to help deal this, I go jogging as often as possibly. Whether I’m at the gym and on the road, my nervous energy push me through mile one. By mile two, the tension has moved from my mind to my leg. By the end of the run, all my stress has been disappeared and I am ready to meet more challenges with confidence the next day!
When I started to play badminton, I am almost nine years old. I became interested in this sport but I practice much as possibly to become an expert. Very soon I participated every badminton event what was held in my city. The event helped me to get better. One year later, I was able to compete against other players in the state championship. There was a sense of worry within them, but at the same time I was very excited. Finally, I won a gold medal in the competition.
In the summary, badminton has total changed my life. These experiences of mine has left me with valuable memories.

Yesterday, our class win a basketball match against Class 8, but it wasn’t easy. A match started at 4: 00 pm. At first, we confident that we would win because we had two strong player from the school team while they had none. But we were so relaxing that they soon got many points than us.
We became anxiously. Many times, our players rushed near the basket but didn’t pass the ball enough. Each time, we were stopped after we could shoot. Then we began to work together as a team. We passed to the ball a lot and finally we won. Teamwork are key to success.
