Lack of motivation is one of top exercise killers, but joining a sports club can help. Most of us associate value with money. When something is free of, it is easy to dismiss them as an unimportant thing. And when we pay for classes at a sports club, we are easily motivating to get the most value out of the investment. If anything can get you out of bed at 6 am, it is the thought that you were wasting some dollars by stay at home. Classes give you a period of scheduled times each week to go to the club and work out. If they are instructors or a group of classmates, they can provide encouragement for you and motivate you to work hardly.
