Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip rope for fun and exercise.

Every student are able to learn to skip. You can skip alone or with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the length of your high. You should turn the rope slow so that you can skip safely. It might help with if you can sing a rhyme while skips.

When you skip rope, your heart beats fast than usual and your body is stressed. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself. So, pick up a rope, finding a silly rhyme and start skipping.

Nowadays weight-losing had become popular among women. In order to make themselves pretty-looking, they try many different way of losing weight. I saw a example of kindness during the Special Olympic Games in 1968. Kim, a severe disabled boy, took part in the 50-meter dash. He was racing against two other athlete who were in wheelchairs. In the race, Kim quickly moved ahead the other two. Ten meters from the finish line, he has turned to see how the others were doing. The other boy was pushed forward with his hands. The girl had turned her wheelchair around, but he was stuck against the wall. Kim stopped, went back, but pushed the girl across the finish line. The boy in the wheelchair won the race, and the girl comes in second place. Kim lost the race. However, the crowd, included me, didn’t think so, so we all gave him a cheer for his kindness.

I am honored to have the chance to write for you. I have noticed that our school has very limited resources in term of students’ opportunities to do sports.

It is known to all what sports are very important to young people. If they have an access to good sports facilities, young people can adopt a healthy lifestyle and become more confident.

I suggest build a new playground, where should be designed for students with different interests. They should have a different section for each activity and available to students all year round. I believe so a sports area will meet our sporting needs.
