Nowadays, many students in our school don’t have enough time do sports. Most of our time is spent on study, which causes some health problem. Football is my favorite sport. I usual play football with my friends after school and join competitions. I have benefited a lot from play football. I participated in a cycling event yesterday. This event attracted cycling lover from all over the city. I was not sure where I found the courage to undertook it, but it could have been the inspiration from the spirit of sportsmanship I witnessed before.
My friends and I began my cycling adventure at 6 am from the eastern side of the lake. The cycling path was lined by a variety of color flowers, many of what I couldn’t identify by name. I am interested at swimming very much. At first, I went swimming just to keep health. Now my dream was to swim for my country in the Olympics. Though I feel boring, practicing in the pool, but I still work very hard in order to realize my dream. Because my hard work, I have already come first in much important competitions. In the competitions, I’ve made lots of friend and we’re very close.
It’s much easier to have friends, which are swimmers since they also have to get up early to practice like you and they understand this kind of life.
During the Men’s 800-metre Race of our school’s sports meeting, Li Hua from Senior 2 soon got well ahead the others and finally ranking first. The crowd were shouting to him when Li Hua fell to the ground and got injury. Many people come to her assistance. The teacher gave him first aid, while some kindly students passed water and a towel to him. In no time, Li Hua recovered. When interviewed, Li Hua expressed his thanks to everyone, saying,“ Injured as I am, but I can feel the warm from my schoolmates.” He was delighted to make contribution to his class.
There are a lot of unforgettable thing in our life. The most unforgettable one for me is the speech competition holding last year. When my English teacher told me that I had chosen to take part in the speech competition, I devoted me to the preparation. I was determined to win the first prize. I was such nervous when I stood on the stage that I forgot everything. Not until I caught a sight of my teacher did I calm down. Finally, I do a good job. When I heard I got the first prize, my heart was filled in joy and tears rolled down. Through this speech competition, I understand that it is confidence which makes people successfully.

I’ve been passionate about being a competitively swimmer ever since that I was a small child. My dad used to take me to the local swimming pool every Saturday’s for swimming lessons. While the other kids was moving around noisily in the water, I used every second of that time to practice my strokes (泳姿). Soon, I started entering race, and even though I didn’t win them all, I kept improve my time. By time I was 14, I was the faster swimmer at my school.
