I still remember how I became a good table tennis player. The first day I go to high school, I saw some of me classmates playing table tennis. Amazed at how skillful they was, I was determined to be just as good. Later on, I often watched them careful to learn their techniques. Then I kept practice until I became confident enough challenge the good players. At the end of the term I became one of the best player in my class. I am really proud with this experience, because it helps me realize that what we all can fulfill our potential but achieve our goals through hard work. It also helps me better understand a proverb “Practice makes perfect.”

As is known to all food waste on campus has become more and more seriously, which cause great concern. Faced the problem, I think some effective measure should be taken. Yesterday, I took part in a sporting event holding by our school. At the end of the event, some students were going to throw away all the leftover hotdog, chips, and cheese, etc. However, I take them home. I spent the evening make many cheese sandwiches using the leftover food. And then I went to an area that a lot of poor people live and handed the sandwiches to a couple of people but chatted with them. It was so amazing to see the appreciation and thankful on their faces. They were not only happy to have some food, but grateful to the opportunity to have a conversation and be treated equally. I was also delighted meet many people and help people in the need.

As it is reported in today’s 21st Century, a pedestrian was walked down a street when someone dropped litter from a building nearby. Knocked unconscious, the person was sent to a nearest hospital immediately. Admittedly, we have the right do whatever we want. Besides, violating others’ rights is unacceptable. Dropping litter from a high place is impolite and dangerous, that presents a potential threat to many people. If this behavior continue, everyone is likely to suffer from it.
I think the person throwing litter randomly deserves a severe punish. All of us should devote ourselves to improve our own behavior. Most importantly, laws should be introduced by the authorities. And I sincerely hope such cases won’t happen some more.

There exist various clubs in our school, among which the one enjoy the most popularity is the Culture Heritage Protecting Club, it is committed to protecting the fascinating cultural heritage.
Set up in 2020, the club is making up of 200 members, includes teachers and students. Not only they gather together to learn about the cultural heritage by listening to lectures, but they also visit the local cultural relics regular. Sometimes, they deliver speeches to raise people's aware of preserving Chinese cultural heritage. Beside, they have even developed an APP to promote our local cultural relics.
What they have done has gained lots of praise these days. From my point of the view, they attempts really make a difference to protecting the cultural heritage.

I had a great time during my last camping trip. Actual, I didn’t plan to go but some friends ring me at the last minute and invited me. A place was very beautiful, but the beach below was really lovely. We watched the sun went down over the horizon every night. Mary was brought her guitar, and she played very beautifully. It was pleasant to listen her. Unfortunately, John had never gone camping, and he was allergic to tree and flowers. We had to take her to the doctor on the third day and we were really worrying, but he was OK. I’ll never forget the trip.
On August 21, I was working my homework, a composition titling “My Hero/Heroine". I got stuck in the very beginning, trying to figure out what would be my hero/heroine.
Attracted by the cheers from the living room, I opened the door only to find my parents were watching the volleyball matches of women's final. Then I decided to take the break and joined in them. The sense of nervousness was overwhelming as the score was quite closely between China and its opponent.
To our delight, China won in the end. We couldn't help feel proud as Chinese! The volleyball players had trained so hard before and fight till the last minute. Without doubt, they were not only my heroines, and the heroines of China! I started to write my composition.
