Last winter my dog, Anne and I go to the Arctic Hill. It was covered with ice, what made it very interested to slide(滑行) down. Anne did a trick with her tail. I turned around three times before I reached the bottom(底部)! Some young boys were watched us slide. We wanted to slide down too. Then I came up a good idea. I asked Anne that she would agree.
We played at the bottom of the hill but when the young boys slid down, we flew right into the softly and safe places. In this way everyone had a fun.

When I was very young, I was rather thinly, so my mom started to teach me some forms of exercise. Beside, my father’s company used to have an extra building, what had 12 floors with different sports courts. I learn lots of sports there, included tennis, table tennis, basketball and so on. However, a most difficult of all for me was swimming. I didn’t like water, but I finally managed to overcoming my fear. I insisted on practicing every day. After about six months, I found that I could do easily. What’s more, I even won a prize in a competition two year ago. Now I’m strong than before and also know how to be brave.

Last Monday, our monitor announced that an English Speech Competition will be held in our school on Friday afternoon. On hear the news, some classmates signed up for it immediately. I was thinking about if I should take part while my teacher came. She told me that it was good chance to show my gift. Encouraging by her, I decided to have a try. A big fire break out in a clothing factory in our city the last Wednesday. On 9：18 that morning, when the employees were working busy in the 4-storeyed building, heavy smoke was seeing coming out of the windows on the second floor. The other day after work, I was walking down the street while I saw a boy riding a nice bicycle, one of those bicycle with only one wheel. Dressing in pink from head to toe, he was singing a song which was sounded like a children’s song. I thought he must be total crazy. Just then, a lady dropped 20-dollar bill on the ground, but he didn’t realize it. The guy in pink picked out the money and gave it back to her. After that, he rode on but soon disappeared before the lady could thank him. How a strange and good guy!

I took a trip to China a few months ago. It was a wonderful experience where is beyond description. We spent three weeks visit Beijing, Shanghai and several other tourist attraction. The closer we approached the center of China, the much I liked it. Then we went to Hong Kong last week, which I think is different with Beijing. It is noisiest place I have ever seen. And another thing that give me a deep impression was the people in China---they were so friendly. In one word, but the trip itself was interested. I can't wait to flying to China again.

I’d like to talk about my most memorable experience. It were the trip to Canada 1 had three years ago with my dance group to participate in international dance festival. It was the first time I had travelled by plane in your life. My mum worried a lot, so everything went smoothly. I stayed at there for two weeks and it was the happier time in my life. Beside our performances there, we had much excitement. We spent almost every morning swim in the blue sea. But warmly Canadian nights were which I liked most of all. It was a time of joy, light, music and summer parties.

Of all my teachers, Mr. Jenkins is the one which impresses me most. Though he is 34, yet he looks very young for his age. And he's one of the most popular teacher in our school.

In his opinion, we should not only know "what", and also understand "why". So, instead of giving us answers immediately, he inspired us to think by ourselves whenever he puts forward questions. With her help, we've learned how to analyze and settle problems. Even the students who previously lacked confidence now take active part in his class. We all appreciate that he has done for us.

In the afternoon of May 20th, a charity sale activity held on our school playground. In order to organize a meaningful activity, we made fully preparations. Although it was a hard work, students take an active part in it. Some students brought various book, daily necessities, and others offered to design posters for the sale. The activity was a great success. The money raising from the activity would be donated to Project Hope. We may not have enough money or things to donation, but we all should take part in this kind of activity and do something to help others. Li Jin is my classmate and she is also my best friend. Every time when I think of the relay race, I cannot help be moved by her courage and enthusiasm. Li Jin and I participated a relay race held by our school. During the race, she accidental fell down. What's worst, she injured her leg or couldn't stop bleeding. To everyone's surprised, she struggled to her feet and continues running to the finish line. Everyone was moved by her will. Although we lost a race in the end, we still got the warmest applause(鼓掌).From her I learn that whenever we run into difficulty, all she need is an iron will—the secret to success.
