My family were travelling back to Yibin from Chengdu then it started to snow. At first, I thought it is fun and everything looked beautifully. I was looking forward to make a snowman on the playground at my school the next day, and suddenly the car drove off road and into a channel. My father called the rescue team, but they said it would be a long time after they could reach us. But we sang songs and told stories to pass the time. Several hour later, the rescue team pulled their car out of the channel. At last, we managed to drive very slowly to home. I would never forget this experience.

Last winter my dog, Anne and I go to the Arctic Hill. It was covered with ice, what made it very interested to slide(滑行) down. Anne did a trick with her tail. I am from Wisconsin, and when we met someone for the first time, we usually shake hands with. Well, I had big surprise in Belgium. When I was introduced to my friend’s brother, something happened, that made me felt uncomfortable. Do you read reviews after you go to the cinema? I used to do that, but I usually wished I didn’t. I used to read so much about a movie on advance that often I ended up not go to see it at all. The writers point everything out that is wrong with the film, and seldom mentions anything good about one. They also tell us the important things and even the ending of the movie. Lately I have changed way I choose movies to look.
Now I never read reviews before a movie. I read them afterwards, if necessary. I don’t watch the talk shows which people discuss movies. And I don’t ask other people how they like of a movie. Now, I enjoy myself even more.

Music fans got a chance to appreciate the beauty of guzheng, an stringed instrument with more than 2,500 year of history.
