Celebrating the Reopening of the House of Tortoises and Turtles Opening hours:10 a. m. to 7 p. m. daily The tortoises and turtles are finally ready to greet their visitors in their new home after a closure of six months. As a Guinness World Record holder for the largest collection of tortoises and turtles, the attraction is home to more than 500 reptiles. Pet First Aid
Pet First Aid helps you provide the basic care and attention that your dog might need in a medical emergency. The application shows owners how to treat illnesses with helpful videos, pictures and articles on subjects like cuts, wound treatment and more. A section called Pet Info lets you enter in information about your pets including when they had their last vaccinations (疫苗接种), any medicine they take, or information about any disease or condition your animal suffers from.
Paw Card Pet Tracker
It helps you keep a record of your loved one’s important information. Use it to record your pet’s medical contacts, vaccinations, identity cards, medical conditions and medicines. Additional characteristics include a drawing showing your dog’s weight over time.
Dog Park Finder
Dog Park Finder helps you locate dog friendly parks and training locations in your area (USA locations only). The app includes information on more than 2,200 off-leash (无须拴狗链的) areas, user photos and more than 6,500 reviews, so you can have fun with your dog off the leash.
Dogbook
It is a social networking application for dogs. Users can share with other people what’s going on in their dog’s life, share photos, and find great animal-friendly places to meet up.

Big Brothers Big Sisters offers a range of mentoring programs (指导计划) to meet the needs of Canadian children and families. In the traditional one-to-one mentoring programs, one youth and one adult mentor meet twice a month for at least one year. SnowcrossSnowcross is a sport suitable for people who are a bit more adventurous. Over the last several years, snowcross has increased in popularity and is one of the most sought-after forms of snowmobile races and a really trendy winter sport. Snowcross is popular in the USA, Canada, Sweden, and Finland. Sound fun? Why not give it a try?
Ice HockeyIce hockey is not just one of the most popular winter Olympic sports but has also recently become a common international sport. Ice hockey is fast passed and full of energy that also involved numerous intricate (复杂精细的) tricks and movements. It doesn’t only have a competitive side, it also is super fun!
SnowboardingSnowboarding is another really fun snow sport that is definitely worth trying this winter. It’s not the same as skiing, the main difference between snowboarding and skiing is that snowboarding does not use poles and most people use softer boots for flexibility. Snowboarding has only recently been added to the winter Olympics. There are hundreds of different resorts around the world that allow you to experience this popular sport.

History at Home
History at Home offers a free video series that includes a quick history lesson, plus ideas for follow-up activities that parents and kids can do at home. The first one is about the history of hand-washing. New videos are available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 9 a.m., and special guests include Laurence among others.
Cosmic Kids Yoga
Similarly, the Cosmic Kids Yoga videos are good for a few minutes’ peace and quiet so you can work — we mean, a nice stretch and mindfulness break in the middle of all the academic learning. The app requires a subscription, but you can watch the videos on YouTube.
Rosetta Stone
During school closures, Rosetta Stone will be giving three months of free language learning to all elementary, middle, and high school students. The program teaches languages through immersion (沉浸式), with instant feedback and progress reports.
The Lion King Experience
Broadway’s The Lion King has always offered theater-making classes for kids, but normally you’d have to pay for them and do them in a classroom setting. Now they’ve adapted their curriculum so families can do it at home for free — just download the PDF guides. There are two courses: one for kids between the ages of 8 and 11, and the other for kids between the ages of 12 and 15.

The Lost Item charge will apply if we mark an item as Considered Lost because it is not renewed within the required period. You should pay the replacement cost of the item. If it is still not renewed after the due date, you have to pay extra £200, plus a10 inconvenience charge. If you have paid for a Considered Lost item and find it later, you will not be returned the cost of the item, but can keep the item.
