A profile picture is the image that represents a social media account in all its interactions across a platform. Profile pictures are displayed next to the account name on posts, comments and mentions, depending on the platform.
Profile pictures make a visual impact on social media users and potential customers, making it important for business to select the right image. For a company, a profile picture should be the best part of that brand’s image (品牌形象), usually combining their logos.
How to select a profile picture
Profile pictures should be easily recognizable as belonging to your business. While using an independent logo is the most common strategy, some brands use a lifestyle image that includes their logo.
Other brands rely more on a person — a recognizable “face of the brand”. If this is your marketing strategy, your profile image should be creative and attractive:

Join a band this summer! At School of Rock, kids can spend a week learning and making music at fun day camps. No experience is needed for some camps, such as Rookies Camp, though some require some experience. Most camps come to an end with a live performance.

Gage Academy of Art (Seattle, online)

3 . High School Field School (HSFS) is your opportunity to be an archaeologist (考古学家). Join our summer field crew and participate in real archaeological research alongside professional archaeologists.
Program
Students aged 13~17 may enroll (参加) for one to four weeks, No experience is necessary. High school seniors may enroll, but graduated seniors should enroll in the Adult Field School.

Students participate in field and laboratory work with archaeologists. Students learn excavation (挖掘) techniques. Lab work includes artifact washing and identification. These activities in the daytime are followed by evening lectures by famous archaeologists on various archaeological topics. Evening activities may include hikes and activities related to prehistoric life ways. The day usually begins at 7:00 am with breakfast and ends by 9:00 pm.
Tuition (学费)
Tuition includes room, all meals from Monday through Friday, supplies and instruction. Students may enroll for any number and combination of weeks. Students from Calhoun, Pike, Greene and Jersey receive a 10% discount on tuition.

Download, complete and return the 2022 HSFS Application. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation by email, a packet of additional information, and instructions for payment. Please do not submit tuition or deposit payment until you are certain the week you selected has open spaces. If you have not received confirmation, we have not received your application! Registration for the program closes one week ahead of the start of each session. Enrollment is limited to 20 students per week. Those applying after enrollment capacity is reached will be added to the waiting list in the order of receipt of a complete application.

This is a lifestyle magazine that first was published in 1898 in the USA. It focuses mainly on traveling, home and gardening, lifestyle, food and drink. 6 . It’s currently December and Christmas is almost here. And what better way to spend time with your loved ones than sitting down to watch some classic Christmas movies? Listed below are four films that will make you laugh, cry or both this festive season.
The Grinch（2000）
This is a Christmas must-watch and one of Jim Carrey’s best performances. It was also originally a children’s book written by Dr Seuss, which I would recommend reading! It’s the story of a green monster who wants to ruin Christmas, but who in the end discovers the power of love and generosity. I promise it’s a great film with plenty of laughs along the way.
Love Actually（2003）
While this is not a personal favourite of mine, people in the UK absolutely love this film. It has a number of stars, featuring actors and actresses such as Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman. It might be a little difficult to follow as there are lots of different sub-plots, so I recommend watching a dubbed version（配音版）in your native language.
Home Alone（1990）
This film is one of my favourite films of all time and I would watch it all year round if I could. It tells the story of a boy, Kevin, who is left alone in his house when his large family forget to take him on vacation with them. While the family are away, burglars（小偷）try to rob the house and Kevin must protect his home by setting traps. The trips, falls and traps will have you laughing out loud as you watch a 10-year old boy outsmart two grown men.
Miracle on 34th Street（1994）
You can’t have Christmas in an English-speaking country without watching this film. It’s not funny like Home Alone or The Grinch, but it is incredibly touching. It’s about a man who claims to be Santa, but nobody believes him except a lawyer and a little girl.

It is a monthly puppet(木偶 ) making and performing workshop offered on the third Saturday of each month at different places in Calgary. The workshops are suitable for people with different skill levels and encourage all family members, youngsters and elders to create art and drama together , with a different theme each month. But for 2020 , we can't get together for fun , and you can enjoy it online.
Michaels Kids' Club
Let your kids explore their art creativity here. Kids 3 and up can enjoy a quick project and take home a finished masterpiece. Sign up online,or just drop in. Only $3 per child reserves 30minutes for your creative kid. The project starts every half hour between 10 am and 11:30 am on Saturday mornings.
Contemporary Calgary
It is an art gallery and contemporary art museum. People can enjoy the art of our times through exhibitions , speeches , and education programs here. It is open from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and closes at 10 pm on weekends. Kids under 12 years old are free.
Leighton Art Centre
It is full of fine crafts(工艺品) and artwork by local artists, where you find truly unique gifts for your loved ones. For 2020 , it is staying until December 20th to give visitors more opportunities to come in person, while still making sure of social distancing in the house. To avoid the chance of having to line up outside, purchase a $10 ticket in advance for a 9 - 10 am shopping time on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Description
The Ledbury Poetry Festival is the biggest poetry festival in the UK. It takes place over ten days each July. If you think you know what poetry is, come along and we'll surprise you. There are live readings, performances, music, exhibitions, films, family events and street events.
Each year we organize a famous competition for new poetry in partnership with Ty Newydd, the National Writers' Centre of Wales. It attracts entries from all over the globe. There are three groups: adults(18 + ) , young people(12-17) and children(under 12).
All poems must be the original works of the entrants and should not have been previously published, accepted for publication by magazines, or have entered in other competitions.
The length of each poem must be more than 40 lines.

Festigals is an annual festival that celebrates, and supports women of all backgrounds and causes related to women’s well-being. It features a variety of New Orleans-themed activities, designed for women and by women. It usually includes famous female speakers.

RED DRESS RUN
The run usually begins in French Quarter, although the exact location is only announced to those who registered. The runners, with drinks in hand, continue their route through the French Quarter and spend the rest of the day celebrating. Participants can sign up online on the official website. Registration usually includes donations to local charities, and beers for the run. You must be 21 or older to participate.

RUNNING OF THE BULLS
Instead of running from real bulls, New Orleanians gather in the traditional colors of Spain’s bull run and chase runners with plastic bats on their rollerblades (旱冰鞋). Thousands of runners gather early in the morning in Downtown to participate in the run, wearing all white with a bit of red.

NOLA CARIBBEAN FESTIVAL
This year’s festival has expanded to two weekends, taking place June 19-21 and June 24-28. Guests can enjoy live music performances, local chefs, kids activities, salsa dancing and more.
