Realizing I might have behaved rude when receiving your gift at my birthday party, I’m writing to say sorry. I’m grateful to have received such nice a gift. Last Thursday was the day where I paid a visit for the museum of tea together with some foreign students and showed them around there.
I led them to look through the relics about tea at the exhibition in beginning. They were curious about the stories behind those old mysteriously things. Then I showed them what to make tea. All of them learned carefully and one of them even took out his camera to make a record of every step. Had watched for some time, they tried making tea by themselves. At the end of the activity, we had a photo was taken together. Exhausted and delighted they expressed their gratefulness to me for my detailed explain.
The activity impressed me deeply because it not only helped me improve my skills of communication but also allow me to know more about our traditional culture that day. I enjoyed it very much.

During the National holiday, I tried a new way to explore the Forbidden City, where left me deep impression. To avoid waste time buying a ticket on the spot, I made a reservation online. I got my ticket from a machine without difficulty and start the exploration. I was deep attracted by the grand architecture. To my excited, I could scan the QR codes to get detailed informations. With the VR glasses on, I even found me back to the time when the palace was under construction. How impressive! I found the Forbidden City both traditional or modem because of our history is made alive here.

Hardly has the summer vacation begun when I returned to my native town. As the second-year senior student I had to get myself prepare for the college entrance examinations which were only a year away. Therefore in the morning I reviewed my lesson and read newspapers. What’s priceless is not the knowledge of that Halloween came from, but the pleasure you have with your friends. Each country should have its own unique traditions. Have you ever gone to a music festival? During a summer holiday in Hungary, I went to attend my the first music festival. It was really an excitement to us! Since 2002 the Sziget Festival had been running every year in Budapest. It lasts for a week, which famous singers and bands from around the world perform very brilliant. In Hungarian the word ‘sziget’ mean island, which is a very appropriate name although the festival takes place on a large island in the middle of the Danube River in Budapest. Thousands people come on special “party trains” from other country such as France and Italy.
