Although it was autumn, it was snowing in Tibet. It was such cold that our legs felt like blocks of ice. On the afternoon, we found that our water bottles froze because cold weather. But we still enjoyed us during the journey. At one point, we were surprising to find ourselves cycling through clouds. In the valleys colorful butterflies fly around us. Our class paid a visit the Culture Museum in our city last week. To begin with, we searched for as more information as possible on the Internet. Last summer, I was lucky enough spend two weeks in Xiamen. That was a travel experience what made a deep impression on me. When I first arrived here, I was unfamiliar with the surroundings and felt like we didn’t belong to the city. That’s why I didn’t know my way around. I was anxiously all the time. However, when I finally got relaxing enough, I was able to appreciate the buildings and the richness the city offered. I finally felt at the home, regardless of be in a strange city. Everything I saw and all those happy memory have stayed with me until today.

After I graduated junior high school, my parents took me to Thailand. It had become my most unforgettable trip ever since. I enjoyed all kind of fresh fruits and seafoods, which were such delicious that I was unwilling to go home. When going for sightseeing, I saw the beautiful sunset on the beach but met many local people. They could speak fluent Chinese and English, which made me amazing. This trip not only taught me a lot of knowledges that I had never learned in books, but opened our eyes to a new world. This summer, I went on trip with my best friend. We set out in the early morning. Two hours late, we got to the beautiful Mount Emei, why we talked to interesting monkeys and played with them. Though there were lots of stranger, they were not afraid. They were especially naughty, but very lovely. In noon, we tasted the delicious snacks though they were a little expensively. The next day, we fly to Beijing. We went to Tiananmen Square, the old Summer Palace ruins, the Imperial Palace or the Great Wall. Seen the beautiful scenery, we were astonished. How interesting the trip it was!

Traveling had become increasingly popular over the years. Perhaps one of the big reasons is that it makes people feel refreshed. Other reason is that it allows us to escape our lives. Sometimes, what our mind really need is a break from the same atmosphere. When we travel, more often than not, we will spend great deal of time outdoors, that is the best medicine for a mind locked indoors for most of the time. But traveling allows us to adopt to new perspectives. Strange enough, it's when we take a break from our problems that they sometimes manage to find solutions to them.
