I’d like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about my story. I’m just going to start with the     1    . I’m 21 and my mum had me when she was 24. I’m from Texas. And my mum worked four jobs and completely     2     her life into making mine better. So, to me, she is the     3     of a strong woman. And I love her so much, because she’s taught me those     4    .

When I was seven, I wanted to be an actress and I wanted to     5    . And when I was eleven, a casting director told me that I wasn’t strong enough to     6     my own show.

And the     7     almost crushed me but next to me there was my mum who was stronger than ever. She said the most important thing is to always trust myself. With the support of my mum, I     10     realize my dream and become a real actress.

Trying to reach a compromise is also advisable. Of course, your parents might refuse to compromise on an issue. In these     6    , it is especially important to show love and respect for them. Showing respect will keep your relationship strong. Lastly, tell your parents what you care about, and why. A good relationship with your parents can make you a better and happier person.
