The campaign of “Building a Green Campus” had been launched in our school in order to call on us to save resources and raise our awareness of environmentally protection.

Everyone has something that make them happy. For me, happiness is sitting in front of a piano but losing myself in the world of music.
I still remember to playing the piano one Sunday afternoon. I felt so tiring after studying for a whole week. After thinking for a moment, I sat in front my piano. Have you ever had headaches during a test? Have you ever been too concerned about something that you even can’t sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is. Too much stress can result in angry, depression and other related problems, which we need to take them seriously.

The best approach reducing stress is to have a balanced life. If you get enough sleep, eat proper, take more exercise and have enough fun time, you might feel less stressed.
