Yesterday, I had drove my car to see a doctor. At the hospital parking lot, I tried to back the car into the space, and failed. I just got my driving licenses and was not skilled at operating it. As more cars lining up behind me and some drivers even yelled at me, I got nervously and worse at handling it. When I was about to quit and left, a man walked up to me. She offered to back my car. Recently, one of my friends had sent me a short message, say that true friends are one soul in two bodies. It moves me very much and makes me think how true friendship is. Today, it has been almost 30 years when I first started volunteering at the local library for “Children’s Story Hour”. Every week, I go there to read to kids. A few weeks ago, I participated a camping trip at Pitt Lake. It was a new experience for me, so I was both nervous and excited at the first. Last month, I finish reading Romance of the Three Kingdoms writing by Luo Guanzhong. It is a Chinese historical novel based upon the events what happened between the late Eastern Han Dynasty or the Three Kingdoms. It is praised as one of the Four Great Clas-sical Novels of Chinese literature. I’ve learned a lot of from the novel. I really like reading, which can broaden your horizon and make me learn knowledges. A good book is like a wise man, a teacher, a friend and a partner. I do advise chose a good book to read. If everyone does it regular, the history, culture and many other aspects will handed down from generation to generation.

In my heart, my mom is my heroine in every way. No matter that what happens to her, she always makes sure that she is strongly enough to be able to take care of my brother and me.
