There is two reasons why my classmates don’t think we are ready for cloning. Firstly, we can't predict all the consequence of cloning. What would happen if scientists cloned other Hitler or someone like him? Secondly, we don’t know exact what the meaning of life is. Create life is not our duty. We couldn’t completely understand the relationships among lives that are defined by the nature. You may never know just a small thing you do to others means a lot of. Your giving a hand possible will be a lighted torch, brightening the road in the dark. There was a time that I was fond of eating instant noodles very much. The instant noodles taste deliciously, because there are artificial additives in it. When my mother was not at the home, I would buy but eat some. Unfortunately, as time goes by, I found my appetite became bad. My mother said I shouldn't have had such many instant noodles, for they are low vitamins and aren't good for my healths.
After that, I developed an awareness of staying away from instant noodles and eat healthy food.

About how to keep healthy, I’d like to offer my advices. As we know, we teenagers are going through a rapid growth which needs to be support by a healthy and balanced diet. Thus, we need a variety of food but cut out the food rich in sugar or fat. However, we should take physical exercise regular. For example, we can play basketball or take walk after school. Have enough sleep is of great importance. Therefore, you should have at least eight hours of sleep every day and not stayed up too late. Only in this way that can we keep fit.

As the saying goes, many little drop of water make an ocean. A small action may lead to major changes took place in society. My friends and I had participated in a voluntary activity at a nursing home last week. We first did some cleaning or washing. After that we spent half an hour chatted with the old people living there. Though it was a tired day, we were happy with that we did. I felt a sense of responsibility by visiting the old. If all of us lend a helping hand to the people in need, they can live in harmony with each other. A society is just as a family. Chaparral Middle School is a public school in California, that was opened in 1976. We serve approximate 1350 students in grades 6-8 now. Regular school hours are from 7:45 am to 1:55 pm.
