Great changes have been taken place in the way people communicate with each other. In the past people write letters to share informations and later they talked with each other on the telephone. Now more and more people use our own mobile phones to communicating. And instead writing on the paper, they email each other by the computer. As a result, people find that quicker and easier to communicate, and at the same time some people feel that they become poorer in writing. They worry about whether people can be as closely as before.

Hello, everyone! I would like to share my travel experience for you. Last summer, ours school had an exchange programme with an American school, but I took part in it with many classmates. We stay at host families, that gave us an opportunity to learn more about America. The main part of our programme was to experience the school life in the America. Compare with Chinese students, American students were very open and active. Besides, they had less homeworks and fewer exams. During the visit, I made friends with some American students, who were very interesting in Chinese culture. I think the programme is of great benefit to us as well the American students.

Today is the happy day in this holiday. Although I was very tired, but I found myself in these busy days. Usual, I am afraid of taking a bus. The awful smell of the bus drives me mad, make me feel carsick. But today I did feel carsick. I could defeat carsickness finally. At night I went out with an old friend I ever liked him, but all of us were so busy with examinations at high school that we hadn't been together. I was such surprised when I received his call that I could hardly believe my ears. At first, I think we would never meet before we graduated. Thank him for giving me a happy day!

Although it was autumn, but the snow was already beginning to fall in Tibet. Along the way children who was dressed in long wool coats stop to look at us. The lakes shone like glass in the setting sun and looked wonderfully. To climb the mountains was hard work but as we found myself cycling through clouds, we were surprising. Sometimes 1 feel that living in a city makes people lonely than before. People always feel strangers cannot trusted. They think this is not normal to start talking to anyone or even smile at anyone. I desire to change that. Last week, while I was skate, a man ran by, smiling at me. He said something to me about doing sports or he hoped to be able to finishing his run. I smiled back and said that he certain would. And then a family cycles by when I was in the park. One of the girl waved at me with a big smile, and I waved back enthusiastically. I do believe such small gestures can change into the world we live in.
I'd like tell you something about your life in this boarding school. I stay in a dormitory with three other girls, all of them are kind and nice. We get on well with each other and have become good friends. Living in a boarding school make me independent. I am confidence to take care of myself, wash the clothes, and clean the rooms, which I never do when at home. The classes here are very interesting and challenging, and I'm still feeling a little dissatisfied with some other thing. The living conditions are not as good as those at home and the chance to get in the touch with the outside world is limited. Anyway, I'll get used to live here and hope everything will be better soon.
Planning is good as it decides in details how we do what we want to do it. However, a plan bear no fruit without being actual carried out. My experience in the English speech contest last month is a case in point. A month before the event, I spent hours work out a schedule with my goals and practical steps. After that, I set out read widely for an inspiring topic, wrote a speech, and practicing in beautiful pronunciation with good public speech skills. I finally stood out among the rest as a first prize winner. I know why I achieved my success. It came from good planning but better practice.
