Last term, I hosted an exchange student naming Jacob from the Great Britain to our school. He really cares for Chinese Culture. Jacob asked me to show himself around the city on weekends. I took him to many local place of interest and we also go to the theater to watch a show of Peking Opera. He was so attracted by the performance as he decided to learn it. Hello, everyone! I would like to share my travel experience for you. Last summer, ours school had an exchange programme with an American school, but I took part in it with many classmates. We stay at host families, that gave us an opportunity to learn more about America. The main part of our programme was to experience the school life in the America. Compare with Chinese students, American students were very open and active. Besides, they had less homeworks and fewer exams. During the visit, I made friends with some American students, who were very interesting in Chinese culture. I think the programme is of great benefit to us as well the American students.

Today is the happy day in this holiday. Although I was very tired, but I found myself in these busy days. Usual, I am afraid of taking a bus. Robben Island was a frightened place where Elias spent a hardest four years of his life. There Nelson Mandela begins a school for many prisoner and even the guards. Elias learned such hard that after he finished the four years in prison, he found a job in an office because of he was better educated. However, he lose the job soon because the police told his boss that he has been in prison for blowing up government buildings. Lucky for him, when Nelson Mandela came power, he gave him a job showing tourists around the old prison on Robben Island.
