1 . Welcome to Vietnam!
Day 1: Get Close to Primates(灵长类)of Ninh Binh
After breakfast, take the electric car to the Endangered Primates Rescue Centre, which focuses on the conservation of primates. You will have a chance to see how the staff feed them in semi-wild areas of primary forest, how they study the primates' behavior in semi-wild conditions and how they are prepared for full release of the primates into the wild.
Day 2: Visit Halong Bay
A delicious lunch will be served as you slowly sail through Halong Bay. It was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1994. Head to the Vung Vieng fishing village, and you can dive and row boats to explore the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants in mid-afternoon. In the evening, you will experience a Vietnamese cooking meal served in the main dining room. Evenings are beautiful on Halong Bay. Relax on board and take in the transformation of the bay.
Day 3: Discover Hue the Authentic Way
Today, you will get a taste of what real life is like in Hue. One of the city's most famous cooking experiences is the Royal Dinner. You will have a unique experience where you will have a descendant(后裔)of the last royal family of Vietnam cook for you in her own home. Spend time tasting the real dishes that were once served to royalty.
Day 4: Walk to the Hang Tien Cave
Hang Tien is actually two huge caves, one of which is over 3 km long. The wonder lies in unusual rock formations, such as breathtaking rock formations that look like rice fields. On your way back, take a dip in the natural jungle swimming pool and have a coffee, a quick swim, before making your return journey.

2 . I was lucky on the first night of the trip, because I had an empty seat next to me. But I found out this wasn’t the best solution for sleeping. I woke up early and kept a journal.
I was excited to see Chicago. I had never been there before and didn't really know what to expect. l was also looking forward to finding somewhere to take a shower. I wouldn't recommend trying to shave (刮胡子) on the train, Even holding a toothbrush by your face could be dangerous with the constant movement of the train, let alone a razor(剃刀).
We had one last stop before Chicago, and I remembered hopping(跳跃)on the platform for a few minutes. It was cold! I was on my way to Cali, and figured I wouldn't need too many warm clothes. Brilliant. I had one hoodie (连帽上衣) and was wearing it for most of the trip. We got on the train and soon things changed from the scenery along the Great Lakes, into a more urban area. On the train, you aren’t presented with “Welcome to...” signs for different cities and towns. You get to see parts of them that aren’t cleaned up and beautified for your view. You get to go to the areas that aren't so pretty, and that’s another reason why I loved the experience.
We rolled past alleys, streets, and soon enough, a lot of other trains. Chicago seems to be quite busy. The amount of tracks and signals was amazing. The sun was rising when we rolled into Union Station's platform. The entire platform is inside a big “garage” for the trains. I grabbed my luggage and made my way inside the station. The architecture of Union Station was really amazing.

3 . Lizzie’s diary from Antarctica(南极洲)
Day 3: Tuesday December 2
We planned to go to Rothera that morning. We’d be staying there for the next two weeks. Because Antarctica is the windiest place on earth, sometimes you can’t fly at all.
We had a nervous wait over breakfast to find out if we’d be leaving that day. People have to stay in Stanley for weeks while the pilots wait for good weather.
It turned clear at 9:30 and we took off at 10:30 on a little red plane called Dash-7.But even when we were in the air, there was still a chance we wouldn’t be able to fly the whole day.
Day 4: Wednesday December 3
After waking up in the Antarctica for the first time today I can understand why everybody who comes here falls in love with the place. It is really beautiful.
We’re staying at Rothera Survey base with mountains of ice all around. It is very cold, but the regulars( 常客)here are often seen walking around in T-shirts!
Day 5: Thursday December 4
I woke up to another beautiful sunny day here in the Antarctic. I’m told it’s a bit colder today, but it’s not very windy so it feels warmer. Those of us who are new to the base have to do a special training course before we’re allowed to go off base to other stations or to go snowboarding over the nearby hill.
Day 7: Saturday December 6
Not a cloud in the sky and it’s warm enough to sit outside (in a jacket).
The most amazing thing about this place is how the scenery(风景) changes every day.
At first I thought I was going mad. I’d step outside in the morning and think, “I’m sure that big mountain of ice wasn’t there yesterday.” It’s because the sea ice is always moving---slowly thankfully!

9 . I used to ride my bike to work on quiet Sundays, and then gave it up when my work schedule changed. Concerns about traffic on the streets of Washington, D.C took away my confidence, but National Bike to Work Day made me try again.
This morning, at 6:45. I wheeled my bike out of the garage and joined a nation of first-timers and old-timers on National Bike to Work Day.
I bought a new bike last year with the intention of cycling regularly to the office. I started riding right away, but set the goal realistically low: just once a week.
In my favor was the fact that I worked on Sundays, a perfect riding day because of the low traffic. And so I enjoyed a series of nearly deserted morning rides from my bungalow in a Washington. D. C. neighborhood to the Monitor’s bureau., just two blocks from the White House.
But then I no longer needed to work on Sundays. And my bike stayed parked in the garage. The last part of my cycle route covered busy urban streets, and I worried about traffic.
Today made me give bike commuting (通勤) a second try. However, some of the cyclists roared (呼啸而行) down the path quite fast, and I nearly caused an accident; downtown, I made a wrong turn, and ended up on a busy street; unlike Sundays, I had to pack a change of work clothes; besides, there was no shower.
Bike commuting is on the rise in America, but I’m a fair—weather rider, easily influenced by rain or snow. This morning did little to calm my worries about commuter traffic. One of the problems is my inexperience, and I’m willing to learn from that. But I can see now that if commuter biking is to really take off, cities and workplaces need to encourage it, from bike lanes (车道) to workplace showers.

Like all big cities, Paris has a traffic problem: lots of cars, traffic jams and pollution from exhaust fumes (废气). So since 2007, the city
Under the Velib scheme (公共自行车计划), people can take a bicycle, use it as long as they want, and then leave it at the same or another bicycle station. The first half hour is free,
Paris isn’t the first city
A city spokesman said, “The bicycle scheme won’t solve all our traffic problems, but it might work in
