One June, I helped my grandma water the freshly planted flowers around the house. She was so gentle with them they grew so fast. When all the work were finished, I ran to get my bike to ride for a while. As I was getting on it, however, I noticed there was anything new. I got off and kneel down on the walkway leading to our house. I found a single wild flower coming out of a crack by the walkway, without the water, soil or love.
The surprised new life hit me a lot. Sometimes in my own life, I felt my grow looked like grandma’s flowers, that were loved and cared for. At other times I felt as if I were that wild flower, growing by the walkway quiet and having to grow through the solid concrete. I realized that it doesn’t matter where you grow and it matters that you keep growing.
Before I started my winter holiday last year, I made a thoroughly plan. I make a list of what I should do during the holiday. Then I put them up on the wall in the room. Whenever I wanted to play with the mobile phone like I had done before, it reminded me to do what I supposed to do. As a result of, I spent a meaningful winter holiday. I finished my homeworks on time, read four novels or learned how to skate.
Later, I'm always convinced that take action is more important than making plans. Only by taking action can we get which we want.

The other day I happen to read an eighty-word passage about details. I found it prettily good.
One who wants to achieve great success should pay attentions to details. Sometimes it is the details in that determine our success, for it has a great impact on what we’re doing. We should form the habit of being careful, so a careful person rarely overlooks details. What’s more, we should learn to keep balance of quantity and quality. When facing with lots of work, the faster we do them, the more mistakes we usually make. In that case we are possible to neglect the details. So we should remember that quality comes first, without that quantity is of no importance.
One Saturday morning, I suddenly noticed my room was a completely mess, what really annoyed me. I realized too many useful things took up a lot of space. I still remember that at the age of twelve, I was asked to deliver a speech entitled An Unforgettable Experience before the whole class! How terrible shy I was the moment when I thought of that. I will share one experience with you. With the College Entrance Examination draw near, I was filled with great anxiety. However, I couldn’t be absorbed in study, resulting from my failing in the examination. I got very discouraging. Just then, my teacher, Miss Zhang, approached me and said, “In life we all have moments when we can’t achieve what we want to. It is natural. Don’t allow those moments to weaken you, or turn them into motivation to inspire yourself.” Her words were reminder that provided me with constant encouragement to smile at life. Consequently, I gained that I deserved.
So it is an optimistic attitude which matters most of all. It gives you the confidence to deal with difficulties and to achieve success in your life.
