A lady placed her clock at the bed, and every day she found herself awaking by a long sound. She arose at once, and felt better all day for her early rising. This lasted for weeks. Life can be tough sometimes because there is always something unexpected happened, which may tire or even stop us. However, we can't choose to escape. When I started to play ping-pong，I was almost nine years old. I become interested in this sport and I practiced as much as possibly to become an expert. I participated every ping-pong event what was held in my city. These events helped me a lot. One year late，I was able to compete against other players in the championship. There was a sense of worry within them，but at the same time I was very exciting. I finally won the gold medal after compete fiercely.

My grandfather’s motto “Nothing is ever easy” seldom gets across to me until a couple of day ago. I was doing my day’s work while I noticed a bumblebee on the skylight. I thought to myself remove the bee would be easy. But after my fighting with it for a hour, the insect was still here. I was disappointed find the living room was in a mess and that I was extreme exhausted. I did not expect to waste so much time in the insect. Only then did I understand what my grandfather was meant.

I used to be selfish and only thought of myself. Yet my neighbor was having so much funny with volunteering. He told me that it felt extremely well. I was inspired by him and decided to have try. I hoped to get the same result, for my self respect is unbelievably low and I felt worth.
We have volunteered for more than two years so far. By volunteering I have been changed my view on myself and this world. When I helped others, I felt need in society. Not only did it build up my confidence, it let others benefited as well. Undoubtedly, volunteering is a great opportunities to improve the whole society.

Last Friday will live in my memory forever. It was the first time that I performed Latin dance with a classmate on stage.

The wind was blowing hard as two boys were in their way to school. They met an old man, which could hardly walk. Just as they passed her, the strong wind blew the old man's hat off.
