Everything that happens to us in life is     1     result of our choices. So the next time you complain about gaining 10 pounds, know that you     2    (actual) made that choice. You chose to eat the foods you did, and you chose not to go     3     a walk after dinner.

The choices you make today     4    (influence) your life tomorrow. The big mortgage(按揭贷款) payment each month you hate paying? You chose to buy the big house. It’s hard     5     (admit) that we made a mistake and bought too big a house, but     6    (mistake) are part of life.

The great thing about life is     7     we can always choose to change things. You can start eating healthier or look into moving and selling your house. But many times, we choose not to change.

Why is this? First, we act in ways that we believe will make us feel better. We would rather continue to eat     8    (healthy) food because eating the foods we love brings us     9    (much) comfort than putting in the effort of changing our diet and starting to exercise. Second, we put too much power into immediate pleasure. We buy the bigger house     10    (think) it will bring us happiness. Now there’s a huge mortgage payment we have to pay every month.

From the beginning, I’ve been committed to     1     (create) a “brand”that never going to teach, coach, post or write about something I’ve tried or tested. I’m not going to represent people, things, ideas or     2     (product) I don’t believe in.

I’ll say what is on my mind even when it’s     3     (possible) unpopular. Whenever I do this, someone     4     (message) me, saying that “You shouldn’t say that. You’ll lose followers or won’t get clients. ”All I can say is that I didn’t start this journey to become anyone I’m not. I refuse     5     (give) in just because that’s what people are comfortable with or used to.

That commitment to remaining authentic (真实的)     6    myself is a constant struggle. It’s not easy. But it’s     7    promise I made to myself when I started, and one I intend to keep.

Whatever your dreams are, make a promise to always stay true to     8    makes you authentic. Don’t let other     9     (people) opinions water down your dreams or change your “brand”. In the end, it’s that ability to remain true to yourself that will set you apart from the pack and bring you success, even when everyone     10     (try) to convince you otherwise.
