I first met Li Meng at a friend birthday party five years ago. Then I invited Li Meng over in my place. We listen to my CDs together and soon became good friends. Three years ago, I was traveling to a music concert when I got into the accident. When I woke up, I found out myself in the city hospital. I had a very painfully headache. The doctor told me that a car had lost control but knocked me off the highway. After I left the hospital, everything was so difficult do with my injuries and I quickly lost patient. Luckily, an old friend of mine heard whatever had happened. She decided to help me out. She comes every day to cook and stay with me. Her companies made me happy, and get better was easier because of it. At that time, I realized the meaning of true friendship.

Last year, I studied in Ireland and made many friends from different countries. Yesterday, I receive a letter from a Spanish friend, which brought back my memories of studying in Ireland. She told me about some of the other people I met them in Ireland. She also said that two of my other friend would write to me from Italy. I felt happily and lucky because I made the lot of good friends when I was in Ireland. It was really interested for me to meet people from so much different countries. I think that we not only improved our English, but also got know people from all over the world and this is of great important. I will never forget this experience which influence on me is for life.

Sometimes 1 feel that living in a city makes people lonely than before. People always feel strangers cannot trusted. They think this is not normal to start talking to anyone or even smile at anyone. Yesterday I received a letter from my friend, Tina, whom is an American. She says that she would come to visit me two weeks later. I was very exciting about it.
