All the students in our school took a part in the Sunshine Sports Programme in the morning of September 29, 2020, from 10: 00 to 11: 00. In my opinion, it is a good idea for we senior high school students to take exercise every day. Now, everyone was eager for health, that is considered as a key factor for success. Because we spend an hour a day on exercise, it is well worth it. Not only taking exercise build up our bodies, but it also helps us concentrate on our study. Therefore, we can work more efficiently in the process of study and acquire much knowledge.

I love playing sports. After class, I played various sports with my friends, such as basketball, volleyball and badminton. In my view, playing sports is physical, mental and social adventure. The physical benefits are probable the most obvious. Regardless of our fitness level, after we start playing sports, we’ll notice an increase on our overall fitness. Beside, playing sports also contribute to our mental health. A pat on the back or a high-five from a teammate can really boost their confidence and self-worth. My office was fill with fit, slim people. When my colleagues work out at the gym, I stayed in and read. Instead of reading adventure novel, I would go for science fiction. One day last month,my mum came into my room,advised me to play sports on Wi Fit (健身游戏名). Finally, I selected tennis-after all, my mum played it on my own Wi Fit. Twenty minuteslater, I was extreme tired. As I slowly regained my strength, I found that I wanted to play again, who surprised my mum! I’ve now had Wii Fit for three months, and I play at least five times a week. My friend Leo was so amazing that he almost fell the sofa when I told him I was playing games on Wii Fit. Now I’m more fitter and healthier.
I would like to talk about my favorite sport, running. I only take it up a few months ago thanks to my colleagues whom are professional runners. I spend more than two hours run every afternoon. There are several reasons why I am fond this sport. First, it is the pretty cheap and easy sport to try. All I need is a pair of running shoes. Second, this is a sport that can bring us some new friends. Third, since I started this sport I have hardly caught any more common health issue like fever, flu, or cold. What’s more, I can show higher productivity than before and work for longer hours without feeling tiring. All in all, I recommend that everyone tries this sport.
We all know that cycling is a greatly exercise. A doctor tells me people who lives the longest are dancers and cyclists. Maybe it is because the combination of fresh air, smooth movement and exercise. Whether you ride a bicycle, you don’t use petrol. So they are not producing carbon dioxide and not cause air pollution. Just see how cars have been taken over our cities. They often run at high speeds, what may put our lives in danger. And there were traffic jams, too. Our cities will be better places if we replace cars with bicycle.

Hello, everyone! It’s my great honor to talk with the benefits of Taichi, my favorite physical activities.
To begin with, Taichi helped stretch our muscles, improves our body’s range of movements and makes us to have a lower risk of diseases. What’s more, Taichi can help us get over negative feelings whatever we feel sad.
But as for me, a year of practising Taichi has positive effect on my everyday life. I sleep well at night and I am more energetic during the day. Besides, Taichi has taught us to relax my mind, enabling me to stay calmly in stressful situations. I am sure I’ll continue to practise Taichi but enjoy the benefits it has brought me.

One of the big reasons why people drop an exercise program are lack of interest. If that you’ re doing isn’t fun, it’s hardly to keep it up. When picked the right type of exercise, consider your workout personality. For the example, do you like to work out alone? If so,solo sports like running or biking could be for me. Or do you like the shared motivation that comes for being part of a team? Then school sports and club teams are great ways to stay active with other.
Do remember the great thing is that it’s never too late start.
My school ends at 2: 30 pm. Then we can join in a wide range of activity. In my school, there are many clubs for students to take part in. I used to lie on the couch comfortable eating chips and watching TV until I joined the running club. Now, I would rather running hard for an hour every day. It is running which helps me lose weight, which provide great health benefits. Now I’m much more healthier than before. I am advised to keep going and I will be a couch potato again! Besides, either good grades and involvement in afterschool clubs highly valued when we apply for college. Joining clubs is on great significance.
