First, as the pace of modern life is becoming faster and faster, people have less time to cook even one meal for them. Second, the development of technology brought us smart phones and new apps, what may lead to the increase in online service. Therefore, we should pay more attention to food. As it is known to all, our health is closely related to what we eat. Although the service provides us with convenience, we must take the food safety onto consideration. Home-made food is cleaner and healthier, so I prefer cook food at home rather than order meals online.

What’s more, have enough sleep is greatly importance. Therefore, I strongly advised you to have at least eight hours of sleep every day but not to stay up too late. Only in this way can you keep fit.

As we know,more and more ladies are begun to lose weight in different ways now. Recently,our class have had a heated discussion about it.
About 60% of students are into it. They think one can stay slim and look beautiful by losing weight. If one does this in a proper way,and it can stop one from getting fat and can keep one health. Besides,taking everyday exercise and go on a diet can help to train a person's perseverance.However,the other have different ideas. They hold view that it is a waste of time,energy and money. Some often try to lose weight by taking weight loss pills. As a result, their health gets damaged bad. What's worse,whoever takes weight loss seriously often lack confidence.
In my opinion, if one is too fat and often falls ill,he or she should try to lost weight with the help of a doctor.
